As if you know what's happening to me right now. I can't remember when last I posted on Facebook, I even stopped going to the church where they know me very well just because I'm ashamed of myself. Though I don't dress down, I even make sure I worked on my body to slim down and look more sexier and even registered for another postgraduate program because I can't just kill myself. But sincerely, it's not easy seeing you mates and even younger ones carrying babies and pregnancy up and down without u carrying anything. I pray, hope and seriously have faith that this year is my year of special testimony.

Preparation method :

* if the corn is dry, boil for 30 minutes for easy grinding but if its the fresh one, after plucking it from the cob then you wash, put it in a big bowl.

Add fresh pepper (dry one can be used) inside the bowl that contains the maize.

Add onions



*grind the corn to a smooth paste, add water while grinding.

* when you are done with grinding, put in a larger bowl add oil and turn while the corn is still thick so that both of them can blend well , add your desired quantity of warm water depending on how soft u want it to be after cooking. Add ur crayfish, ukpaka, garden egg, salt, maggi, vegetables.

*taste for salt.

* use a small cup for equal measurement, then put into the plantain leaves/foil /nylon depending on the one available for wrapping it.

*put it the pot just like u do to moi moi, steam for 45minutes,ur corn moi moi is ready
