Set the blades properly, not too smooth/sharp.

Simply use hair remover cream.........Personally, i recommend "veet tender skin" considering the region you want to shave.

Then as you do, do it slowly. I take up to 30mins to 1hour just to shave down there.. So be patient enough cuz it's a delicate skin.

If you wanna shave, always use a new shaving stick (with non-detachable blades) . Something like Gillette's.
I dont think you need all the preparations mentioned IP there, I mean its the balls ur shaving and not the pubic hair.
For your pubes, use a fine small scissors to trim the tin, more like low cut.
