Please guys, he had made up my mind but he still needs some brotherly and sisterly advice. My brother studied French and International relations. He is working as a classroom teacher in a school.

If you were in his shoes, what course would you apply for Masters in Canada

I'm waiting for your responses.

But can one still get called for medicals against fall, cos it seems everyone that didn't do upfront medicals and still awaited response till around now was delayed/denied/refused

Very possible. Also note that class resumption date and late registration date are two different things. CIC most often work with late registration date( as written on the offer letter). Application are still approved after resumption date. Once processing go beyond that date of last day of registration and there is positive review of the application, they will request for a new offer letter for a next entry term and the visa will be issued.

Boss,
Why not order for your gcms notes first, so you can see the cogent reasons.

Then proceed from there.

It can't be a problem. If CIC needs it, you will surely be contacted. I'm yet to see anybody that got approval without a medical.

Hello house i have been a silent reader for quite some time now. And i need help regarding my visa application, my school fees and living expensis for a year is about 20k cad. And my mother is my sponsor, the problem i am facing is that she has about 14million in treasury bills, which can Comfortably take care of my bills for the first and second year. But her statement of account now is 0 naira with an inflow of about 16million and outflow of 16million too.

I need to know if using the treasury bill alone and having a statement of 0 naira will lead to insufficient fund denial..

If that is the case what steps do i take to combact this issue.
You suggestion will be highly appreciated, as i am in a fix right now.

Hello guys! Good morning from Toronto. So sorry for the late response. I have been trying to settle since I arrived.I used Egypt air and their service was impressive. There is nothin to worry about at the POE as no big deal at all infact it wasn't like how people Painted it, I was expecting a more drilling exercise but unfortunately I was proved wrong by the generosity shown by the officer smiley.the officers are all nice and friendly. I tendered my admission letters and the cic correspondence letter+passport and the questions goes thus :

What is the purpose of visit?
Is this your first time in Canada?
What is your undergraduate course?
The duration of the course?
Which school do you finished from and which city(when I told him lautech ogbomosho oyo state Nigeria, the pronunciation almost removed his tongue and he stated mocking me grin)
What graduate program are you going for
The duration of the course
What is the name of the school
What is the source of funding (self or government)
Jokes jokes jokes, the guy started making fun of me infact through out my chat with him, he only went true my funding letter he didn't bother to check my acceptance letter and the correspondence letter,he didn't give me the opportunity to answer the above questions he ended up answering those questions himself and never bother me at all, all I did was just to smile when he ask and immediately answer himself lol. Non of my luggage was checked everyone was able to collect their permit without stress and I wasn't even asked the amount of my PTA or if I came in with any . The experience was awesome and stress free shocked. Free wifi is available at Pearson international airport so you can easily connect to speak with your loved ones at home. The weather here is still the same sunny weather in naija just that it changes in the evening/night but not too bad tho. All you need is courage and smile. Lastly, anyone coming tru MM airport after your luggage has been weighed should immediately padlock your box and make sure you didn't put any valuable tins in the pockets or other external spaces in your box. Although I locked the main place in my box but other sides that can't be locked I kept some few things in it and discovered like two zips where partially opened when I went to claim my bags at the final destination in Toronto, few things was stolen in my bag but I thank God it is not something that useful. They also ended up damaging my box as well, they turned my box from 4legged to 3legged box,all thanks to those guyz at MM airport , please be careful and take caution.I wish everyone all the best and it will surely end in praise.

Thanks for sharing bro, Your message has been so helpful and i hope you are settling down well.
I will like to know what flight did you use and what were the rates per passenger, Bcoz what am seeing online the rates are so high(Around 800,000 Naira per passenger for economy seats) please share thanks so much and God bless

If the treasury bill account will be easily accessible by the applicant when the need arises then you can use it, that's what the visa officer wants to be sure of.

If be the case, I'll advice she send the 20kCAD to your personal account, since it covers both your tuition and living expenses for your first year. Then you have no problem with finances. Also explain that in her Letter of Support.

This my own token. Others will also advice.

Good day Mazi,

I got an email request from CiC on july 27th, to submit a new LOA and proof of funding letter from my sponsor (deadline is today). I eventually got the new proof of funding letter from my sponsor last week friday, but I couldn't submit through my CIC acc because there was no upload tab to click after click on the view my application tab as directed by CiC on my request letter. I however submitted the requested docs via email and CSE and also sent a technical issue report (for not being able to submit through my CiC acc). My question is "is there a procedure I have to follow to submit through my CiC acc apart from clicking on view my application tab and following the instructions there?

Hello boss,

Since you used both email and cse route. You are on the right track.

You also raised a technical issue ticket which also gives you a leverage.

About your last question, i really have no idea.

If you were asked to upload it to your account, then you should do so to avoid stories.

Simply scroll down to the page of your correspondence, you will see "view my submitted application". Once the page opens, scroll down to supporting documents and you will see a column to upload.

Please quickly do that NOW!

I wish you the best
