That is why we should be informed about happenings in our companies, such inter companies loans are usually approved at AGM nothing stops interested retail investors to grant such loans if they are comfortable with the terms and conditions of the loan.

What were our institutional investors doing when NB was selling for N40 in 2008. The foreign investors were mopping up shares during the bear. It appears apart from Dangote, a larger chunk of shares on NSE are in the hands of foreign investors.
