Help please, my itel 1516plus won't boot up, when I switch it on, it stays stuck on the itel logo and its refusing to boot into recovery mode as well. It also won't stay switched off, when switched off it comes right back on, until d battery gets flat, then it stays off until switched on again. Pls help!
