Ignore others that are saying nonsense

they don't understand how it feels to wake up from sleep and start blabbering, it's really embarrassing. I know how it feels cus it happens to me, You are not alone in this dear. joliyp I don't think there's anyway to stop it tho, just be open and honest with your boyfriend if he truly cares about you, it shouldnt be a big deal

Okay, let's play a game, this is what to do.. I told you earlier sleeping pills work, it will induce you to sleep heavily and your internal systems will be weakened to release vocal expressions... When you reach his place, tell him you feel somehow, don't tell him the pills or use it in combination of other pills, this way he will know you took pills and you're weak.


1. He will expect you to sleep heavily during the period

2. He will expect you to be left alone

3. If at all it fails by a 10% chance, he will excuse it on your condition..

Do this and you'll be fine...

By doing this, you entire body requires much rest and the strength to sleep talk would dissipate...Do this and you will be fine...You will never sleep talk any night you do this.

Then take it in good faith...any man who is too shallow as to understand that there is absolutely nothing wrong with your sleeptalking is not good enough for you. Such guy will push and pull you till you loose your self-esteem completely. You actually need someone that'll support and make you feel okay with that cause there is no such cure for that. Forget what people are suggestting, there is no cure only that you wont talk every night; it may only happen when you're stressed up during the day.
Again i say; you're absolutely okay.

Such a thing is very embarrassing and no guy will be happy with such a thing. It's better you don't pass the night at his family house in order not to embarrass him. Family members are usually very superstitious and I guess they will read meaning to it when your start spewing gibberish

Everybody with his or her own problem in life. Na your own cross be this so continue carrying it
