I don't think the Army came to arrest Kanu because with what I saw in the video that Panhard car could have single handedly turned that neighborhood upside down with very little resistance...During the Gideon Orkar coup single Panhard like the one in the video was used to shut down obalende and Dodan barracks for hours and even the palace guards couldn't repel it
