Thank you at @maziude. My concern still lies to the fact that my masters results is still pending approval due to ASUU strike. So I don't know how else to prove I have a masters with only admission letter or student ID card. Plz I need your reply on this
maziude:

Good one boss.

@dannydenzy, you have nothing to worry about. Just explain in your SOP the need for the second master and you are good to go. Every application is treated uniquely...

Do you have a certificate of graduation that says you have been conferred with a degree? Because that will do the job. And you can always get your transcript and send when the strike is over if your application is still pending. Usually takes 14 weeks to process now.

Hello House, please a friend told me its much easier to get a Canadian student visa in Europe... Please how true is it.
Please those i sent email should please reply.... Anybody studying media Studies in canada should pls send me an email.... Thanks

It is true. But you need to have status in Europe like a student or permanent resident in the country where you are applying. If you go there with a visiting visa and apply in Europe, although easier, you would be rejected based on "status in country of application" as one sacrificial lamb tried and showed here to the house.

Please don't send no bombs to nobody oo. Cool heads always prevail. The culprit is not that you going for your second masters. Maybe your SOP was lacking a cogent and convincing reason for your going for a second masters. I think this is most likely the culprit. I will advice you try one more time and see if it works before giving up and moving to something else if it doesn't work this final fourth try. People going for a second masters if explained well the reason behind their choice for a second masters, are known to have prevailed. So can you! A good SOE should clear the hurdle.

Hello everyone.
I am about to complete and print the cic forms for paper route application and would appreciate clarification for the following;
1. Am I required to print out all the pages of the IMM5832 form or just the study permit questionnaire will suffice?
2. Do I need to electronically fill all the cic forms?
3. I am having difficulty accessing the IMM1294 form and have updated my adobe reader hoping for a resolution. The issue still persists. Is there a workaround for this?

Thank you!

Go and do paperoute I will always recommend people to do, having done it myself and know the difference between that an online application which I started and abandoned. You will avoid a lot of procedural mistakes people do online that can lead to denial. The staff will direct you to the minutiae details till your application meets standard before they would be willing to collect from you. I will highly recommend it, it's worth the extra effort to go there and file your application. .

Hello. For someone like me who is going with my babies and hubby, we all have to be at VFS with our passports (my children have only American passports). Would have loved to apply online but our building plan is so huge. Don't even know how to photocopy it. That's one of our home ties. Very important in my application .

2. The 5 of us would pay the visa fee/application fee ? How much is it per person? Do adults and children pay the same amount? Thanks for your kind response.

I don't have that at all. No certificate if graduation till after convocation. So it leaves me no option.

Many thanks for your response. My deduction however is that I should go to vfs with just my supporting docs, the vfs officers will help me complete and print the right forms for the application. Kindly confirm same.

How much is considered a lump sum ?
omohakin:

Any Cash Inflow(deposit) From an Unknown Source( Private individual lump transfer majorly i guess or otherwise) will always raise a doubt. Hence there is a need for a reasonable explicit explanation, if backed up with an evidence(receipt of sales, Rent e.t.c) will be fine. Recent lump transfer always raise an eyebrow.

You need to fill out forms IMM1294E and IMM5645E on your computer, validate and print. VFS officers will take it from you from there. They will give you a questionnaire and consent forms to further fill out and go through your documents to make sure all the documents that are required are submitted. They fee is approximately 56 thousand Nairas. They will fingerprint you and everything will be done and dusted and you will be sent on your way. Then the waiting process starts to culminate in praises to Jesus, emmaculate mother Perpetua or whosoever you worship.

Most schools have housing info on their websites. There are also units that help new (& intl) students to make good choices about accommodation. Try perusing your school website.

Thank you so much dear. Yes the website has a department (Africentric). I have even gotten a response! Thank you once again. God bless you.

Hello boss,
I will advice you wait to avoid going in circles. With the note, you will note the real reason why you were rejected. You have already waited for sometime, an extra week or two wait, wont kill.

Patience is key.

Happy Sunday Everyone,

1. Can i submit a handwritten SOP and Sponsor Letter for Study visa app?
2. My sponsor's SOA was printed three weeks ago, is it still usable?

Thanks
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by kozta: 12:59pm On Sep 17, 2017
Hello gurus,
I was denied base on:
1.insufficient fund (my sponsor left 25,000dols and 4m naira on his USD and naira accounts respectively and there's much inflow and outflow)

2.purpose of visit
3.travel history

Pls guru, I was given admission to study PGD project management, I studied HND in microbiology. Hope it's in line? Could that b part of d reasons for denial?

I have received another offer 4 January intake, have paid part of d first semester tuition fee, can I still apply to this, dis month septemeber @vfs? Hope it's not late

Good morning house,
I need your suggestions and advice. I have secured fully funded m.sc position on vaccinology and immunotherapics at in U of Saskatchewan in starting January 2018. I am gathering my documents for study permit but my concerns are how to prove my home ties and gap between my youth service year to this year. I graduated in microbiology 2013 and did my service in 2014. I worked briefly with a private university in 2015. (Feb-may) before enrolling in m.sc environmental microbiology in one of Nigerian public University.i have defended my thesis but Senate yet to approve my results due to lingering ASUU strike. Currently I am unemployed . I am also worried if the V. O will have issue of me going for another m.sc , what can I use for my home ties and it's my admission letter for environmental microbiology enough to present as time lapse.
Gurus in the house. I need your suggestions and advice.
Thank you

I need to talk to you. Sent you a PM already

Nobody will answer you because your question is vague.

However, you can start from www.google.com . It is free and you dont need to register.
All you need is a phone/computer with internet connection and you are good to go.

Very funny!!
Do you know we have October 2016, March and so on over here?

Although, everyone's case is different but currently CIC dey in power. Anytime you here from them na just your time.

Wait on the Lord my brother, be of good courage and HE shall strengthen your heart. Wait on the Lord!!

Hello o, Does it mean it takes about a year to hear Feedback from CIC? Cos I'm not getting o. If this is the case, is it safe to start VISA process before admission is granted in order to start school timely?
