Using side eyes to look @ you. If to say Na kpekus, I 4 understd. So, it's coke dts making u feel like u deserve award. Avoid it for nw esp if u wnt ur tummy to trim down. Ur diet aught to be wat will bring tummy down, healthy for baby esp if u r exclusively breastfeeding n recover.

The thing about stomach reducing after delivery is sometimes dependent on genes. If you've got good genes, you won't even need to stress, it will just go back to pre pregnancy size before you know it
But for some people, it does not work that way.

It's a gradual process and you shouldn't be in a hurry.
Your stomach will go down...

That diclofenac drug is bae. Am off pain relief drugs now but I still use my normal med. No pain...incision site is healing well.
Baby is fine.....I hardly sleep 2hrs in 24hours now but who am.I to complain.... Its Yoruba film that is suffering

Have you been drinking cold water?
Drink hot water to encourage farting.
Also heard eating garden egg last thing at night helps.
