My Experience
I was really hungry infact famished almost close of work, but only had small oats left, so i decided to take it and hold belle till i reach house.

The oat was like 3/4 cup, runny & hot added milk and decided to add honey (which i normally don't take)for the fun of it and i just gulped it down. My principle is to commit my way to God, He alone knows all things, so sisters, before going to any iya, hospital, having any procedure done, ask God for direction. The Holy spirit is the reveler of all truth, we don't know anything, even if it means speaking in tongues for 20min, and say Holy spirit, direct me, my people it works. God will direct our footsteps, but we need to ask first...
