It was a massive turnout in Ode Aye, Okitipupa LGA of Ondo State as four men were arrested over alleged attempting killing a widow in her farm.

According to report, A woman (name withheld) was said to have visited her farm situated in one of the villages in the community during the early hours of today, after few hours of her visits she saw four men holding cutlass in their hands coming towards her direction which makes her to run while they started pursuing her. It was her noise crying for help that makes all the men in the area to trooped-out to rescue her in which they were all arrested.

Recall, few months ago a girl was matcheted to death in same area of the village and investigation reveals that these set of men were responsible for the killing.

According to eyewitness, it took the intervention of the Army men before they could be rescued from the town as they were being beaten by the angry mobs.

May God continue to expose the evil doers in Jesus name.
