The naysayers were already ruling out Moses just because Zappa performed against an Azerbaijan club, they had to sweep all what Moses did Last season under the carpet because in my local parlance we say "a luta agbogho, a chupu agadi". They might still argue that it is early days, but I tell you, Zappa has only come as a backup to VicMo. Thank you Conte for turning that lad into a workhorse and I say boldly, a world class RWB.

Football is more than what you listed, having nice infrastructures doesn't make your league better, Chinese league is blessed with great infrastructures, does it make it better than Russian league? Their infrastructure is better of than most leagues in Europe, yet doesn't make their league better. Like I said, which club from the countries you listed can beat any of our top 5? You can't find any NPFL club that sacks all players at once. Stop using past incidence to judge the league. Do you even know the minimum salary paid to players in the league? Infact what exactly do you know about the NPFL?

When did the Chinese league began?

Bros, I am a diehard patriotic Nigerian. I have also defend/defended my country wherever I go or whenever I meet foreigners but make we tell ourselves the truth, our league needs facelift and improvement in all areas.

For now NPFL na huge joke. grin

Rashford is improving by every single game particularly today helping in defense while Sane is busy scoring and providing assistance meanwhile Nacho is sliding down the pecking order for now

The Zambian's think that talk is CHEAP
They think they've sown and now time REAP
But when the Super Eagles pile goals on them like HEAP
They'll take to their feet, run and LEAP!!!

One thing I discovered about the Zambian fans: They easily raise shoulders when they think they have an opportunity but they are also easily deflated and withdrawn back into their shells.

You needed to see them on kickoff the year they won the AFCON and how quickly they withdrew into their shells when they had a disastrous outing in the subsequent AFCON.

I do quite appreciate the efforts he's made and that's why I never criticised him giving publicity to his stunts. It's just that sometimes we emphasise so much on foreign borns like I feel forgiveness does it makes me indifferent.

I see all as Naija. Nothing like foreign breed.

Yes they are all Nigerians but question of allegiance hangs on players with dual nationalities. Some of them don't even feel Nigerian. Of course any player who is good enough for the SE whether home or foreign born should have the opportunity to play for Nigeria. What gets me peeved is the wahala of trying to convince the foreign born players (especially those who are unwilling)

Iheanacho on the bench.. Ndidi starts. Musa missing

Today's starting XI: Schmeichel, Simpson, Morgan (c), Maguire, Chilwell, Ndidi, King, Albrighton, Mahrez, Okazaki, Vardy.

I remember vividly before the game in Ndola last year.. They made so much noise on supersport football page and BBC Africa page.. After we eventually beat them they said it was their defenders that gave away the two goals(as if Omeruo didn't dash them one self), that they just appointed a new coach. that er played their older players .

I am disturbed with the continuing bench role of Iheanacho. I don't care if he's just coming back from injury. It's been almost 3 weeks. He needs to start playing or fans would start classifying him as a big signing flop. If he enters today, please he has to score, I mean asap....

I think Nacho is gradually losing it seeing the guy putting on weight recently and very dull
Wishing he picks himself up and be serious with his career. He should not end up like Isaac success who has been deceived by money

Nacho will come good. People should relax. What matters is how hard he is working to get in the team. As long as he is working hard and remains focused, it will click for him soon.

Keep in mind, Nacho is not yet fit and also is not a good fit for the system. He needs time to adjust.

If I could give Shakespeare an advice, it will be, build your counter attacks and stop relying on long balls. He will get his players performing better.

Watching Moses play today, at least he wasn't as lethargic as he was against Arsenal. He had impressive game today.

Morata scoring 3 today, that dude is a born poacher, I still prefer him to Lukaku though.

What the heck is wrong with Musa?? undecided undecided
Just saw the video of his first assist for Leicester u-23s .. It was a one on one situation and he easily could have scored but decided to pass.. maybe he tried being unselfish or maybe it's lack of confidence.

I don't see him getting playing time in the league so soon... He better up his game

You still didn't answer me.

How much is the least paid player getting?
What do you know about the current NPFL? I am not talking stories, I am talking reality. You are using old NPL to judge the NPFL while using the current set up of other countries league as a yardstick.

I ask, which of the leagues are you aware of? The NPL or the NPFL?

Bright Enobakhare is having a great season in the English Championship. An easier target than Tammy.

Born and raised in Nigeria. Moved to England at 15.

Looking to see KC play today and make an impression and score.

Vardy nearly scored and Leicester are really pushing and pressing Liverpool.

how long exactly do you think it takes to recover from a toe injury? Or wasn't it a toe injury that he is suffering from? Natural processes would heal a toe injury in less than 3 weeks and surgery or any form of therapy would reduce that number to mere days. Iheanacho is fit, he may be struggling for STAMINA but he is fit
