1. Avoid tap water. 2. Mind your toothpaste. 3. Meditate from 4am - 5am daily. 4. While meditating focus on that space between your eyes. 5. Chant the mantra "Om" more frequent. 6. Use mudras. 7. Practice deep spiritual yoga. 8. Don't forget to align your chakras everyday especially the root chakra. 9. Look at the rising sun every morning. 10. Be prepare for some spirits. 11. Lastly, just a discipline or religion. Like i practice Buddhism.

When you did the thoh chant, did you see any bright illumination with your eyes closed?

I've been meditating in the dark with binaural beats for a week and I keep seeing that illumination (like someone is flashing a torch with my eyes closed).

I do see flash of light but it comes like a stint of star then disappear when I try to focus on it

been meditating on my third eyes for sometimes now,the damn thing refuse to open,just give me incessant(and annoying)headache,same with my crown chakra,I plan to ask my guardian daemon why my third eye and crown chakra refuse to open but cause me headache.

Hello Nostradamus You are getting headaches because you are trying to vibrate your pineal gland directly in order to activate the so-called third eye. There is a sequence to it and unless you do it in the proper order you will stunt your spiritual growth, assuming that is why you are seeking to do this.

Your chakras must be opened in sequence, from the lowest to the highest in that order.

Since you are a Christian, there is an easier way. Meditate on God. Actually, its not as easy as it should be. There are too many distractions in our lives.

This is how ... Change the conversation in your mind to a conversation with/about God. See God in everything! Avoid distractions. It helps if you are a bible reader coz you'd have a lot to converse on inwardly. Forget these demons, He's higher than all of them. You'll start to hear his voice, your dreams will become more meaningful and insightful and the sky is the limit.
