Please help!!! I was prompted for my password after picture password failed
in my blackberry Z10 device. I couldn't get the right pass after 10 trials and
my phone started a SECURITY DEVICE WIPE. It got to 93% and stopped.
What can I do to solve this?
Just take it to an Engineer to flash.
Call or WhatsApp me if you are in Lagos

Back up your data and restore the factory settings.
If it doesn't work, you need to flash the phone

Thanks for the reply.
I can't even access my apps. It starts giving that message once it powers on and the phone later gets off by itself.

Pls if I do factory reset will it solve the issue instead of flashing?
Thanks

Hi y'all,

The former thread had exceeded 100 pages which is the maximum number of pages allowed for a thread on Nairaland.

Besides what better way to start off the new year than on a new thread hence the closure of the old Phone Engineers On Nairaland Willing To Assist You thread started by thomp4pal and it's continuation here.

So dragnet, pelumiv, hayprof, Gsmxpert, aieromon, engrhamid, otikpoko, thom4pal, puskin and all you Phone Techies or Engineers/Wanna-be Phone Engineers/Experienced Phone Users should bring your A-game here and keep providing e-solutions to the numerous phone problems that will be posted by Nairalanders.

I hereby officially declare Part II of the thread open today being January 1, 2011 and yield the floor to the engineers and those with phone problems.

Enjoy!

Your screen is fading up gradually. You need to change the Complete screen and touch.

I just laid my hands on this phone 'Qiku F4' (Google it) The phone is a beast on it's own. Just like you're using iPhone ohh. Even the design is like iPhone 6. But ever since I did a factory reset on the phone, I have not been able to use the camera. Anytime I open the camera it's either it changes my song or start the music player if the latter is not in use. It will just stay blank. Even the flashlight wont work. It's always displaying 'please close camera' . My guy whom we both bought the phone together is not having such issues with his own. Please what can I do I don't want to lose this phone. It's a beast

You can chat me on 081828005298.
