Why not

How many games has Felix played in the Bundesliga?

Currently he is potential but that's all. I would rather have an experienced center half with quality who is proven and tested. Against a speculative youngster essentially a youth player who is largely unproven.

Furthermore Efe is not old he is a only 28.
experienced centre half that will sit on the bench...ryt?
do you think efe will like sit on the bench or rather act as back up to the current defenders.....?

you simply not sold on Felix reason because he plies his football in Germany and not in England...
had it been you've been following up the German league...you will know how well he has played this season and minutes he has to his belt.
I remember you once signalled Wolfsburg to be in same lane wit championship club....

let's leave that aside....the German league is miles ahead of the Scottish league...
Felix will offer more in the long run...for Nigeria...the goal is not just now but to build a formidable team that will make a mark in Qatar 2022...and beyond
rather than go for efe I will prefer we even go for illorfa

Did I say Kelechi Nwakali deserves a spot in the World Cup? The way you miss simple points baffles me. I said train with Mikel. Not World Cup spot. The margin is too wide for you to miss it. Try now. grin

Rohr sees Osimhen in his future plans, that is why he called him to camp repeatedly. Just like Awaziem has shown that the critics were wrong, you can see Rohr has eyes for talents and identified the ones he considered special to work with.

So 45 mins game time was not the reason for Osimhen's call-up but foresight of the manager.

DENMARK: Superliga - Round 11

Midtjylland 4-1 Aalborg

Paul Onuachu was a sure starter in the MCH Arena -- especially considering his most recent form for Midtjylland. Although he didn't get on the scoresheet this time, he contributed to Wolves' third, with an assist. He went on to complete the encounter.

Teammate, Rilwan Hassan started side by side with Onuachu, but did not go beyond the 70th minute.

GBAM abi no be d same Efe again, very erratic as CB,back up for Ekong and Leon?

Rohr should just look for CB in d class of Balogun who can read d game very well.Felix Uduokhai should be considered coz is not easy to be a starter in German league especially as CB.

Am an apostle of experience but a lot forget that some players doesnt need any national team experience to break into d team.

Balogun came to national team through Keshi, his first match he got injured as RB when he came in d 2nd half but his first touch on d ball was a class, already ripe at that time.

I remember Onigbinde invited Danny Shittu prior to 2002 WC and played a friendly but later dropped,i told a friend that this guy was better than Efe Sodje even better than Joseph Enakhire as at then coz it was glaring.

Look at Ikeme case for instance,it was glaring that Ikeme should have in Eagles for long or do we say Ikeme need any experience to be in goal for national team.He doesn't need it,championship league already prepared d guy for any challenges.

My question is this why do we need to wait for this foreign born to reach d age of 28 plus before extending invitation to them, thanks for Rohr for changing this perspectives.

If Ekong can lay claim to shirt as CB in d Super Eagles then player like Felix Uduokhai,Jordan Tournarigba,Irofa are more ready, let give them d chance now not after 28 years of age.

Nigerian Exports: Young Guns Ekong, Awoniyi, Ajagun, Omoijuanfo & Umar On Target
Published: October 01, 2017

Nigerian Exports: Young Guns Ekong, Awoniyi, Ajagun, Omoijuanfo & Umar On Target Liverpool loanee Taiwo Awoniyi, 20, was on target in Royal Excel Mouscron's 2-2 draw with Mechelen at Stade Le Canonnier on Saturday.

On 26 minutes, the Nigeria U23 international fired home a loose ball inside the penalty area after his header was blocked by a Mechelen defender and doubled his team's advantage in the process.

Awoniyi has now tallied four goals across all competitions and has shown his creativity and unselfishness by providing three assists in eight games.

Still in Belgium, ex-Flying Eagles skipper Abdul Ajagun netted his second goal in the Belgian First Division A but could not prevent Kortrijk from losing 2-1 to KV Oostende at Guldensporenstadion.

Elsewhere, William Troost-Ekong will be hoping to take his good form into national team duty, after scoring the solitary goal for Bursaspor in their 3-1 loss at Kayserispor in the Turkish Super Lig.

International teammate Mikel Agu produced the assist for Troost-Ekong's goal in the 39th minute.

2016 Rio Olympics star Aminu Umar somehow managed to open his goalscoring account for the season in Osmanlıspor's 3-0 rout of Kenneth Omeruo's Kasımpaşa, despite being challenged by the goalkeeper and a defender.

Over to the Norwegian Tippeligaen, Ohi Omoijuanfo continues to occupy top spot in the scoring charts with 17 goals, after scoring two second half goals as Stabaek beat Vålerenga 4-2 at Nadderud Stadion (Bærum).
