Oga Emma, what's your overall experience ( weight gain and disease resestance) with Agrited broilers in comparison with others CHI, Zartech and co. I'm planning to try out Ross 308, I read Agrited has them.

Yes. Agrited has the Ross 308 and their growth rate and weight gain is phenomenal. Agrited isn't the only hatchery that has the Ross strain. Sayed farms has them too and tbh, I'd rather the Sayed's Ross over thtat of Agrited for personal reasons. For the Ross strain to reach it's optimum, you have to give them the best of feeds in my own opinion else the result at the end of the day would just be blehh..

Stop all treatment including lab, etc. If possible, drop little ginger in water for them only.

If by tomorrow, its still wet, squeeze mango leaves and a small cut of pawpaw leaves, feed directly to the birds in water

Since there are 16 days, too much of these herbs will make them purge.

Fellow farmers, I got 150 day old broilers from nastec 9 days ago. I lost 2 on the second day due to stampede, haven't lost any since then. I've not given them any vaccine, I've only given them garlic, ginger, scent leaf, and aloe Vera. So far they've been doing good. I only noticed something this evening when I checked on them, it seems their legs are weak as they hardly move around. Even when I push them, one in particular cant stand up properly. Their legs seem weak. Pls what might be the cause? I need urgent advice please. Thanks

Day 1 : Sharivit
Evening gave pawpaw leaves fresh

Day 2 Sharivit

Day 3: Moringa decoction

The pawpaw leaves created wet liter looks like the concentration was too much. I also saw signs of worms in stool. It means worms are likely part of chickens even at birth.

Tomorrow will give Sharivit.
Pictures will follow tomorrow

what can I used to treat coccidiosis organically
In order of effectiveness
Pawpaw leaf or crushed seed
Mango leaves boiled
Moringa leaf boiled

Or combine all three and get a powerful Agbo concoction.
These three will cure and prevent almost all common disease in poultry including deworming.

Decoction is boiling a liquid for enhancing it's value. Eg boiling leaves to get a better medicinal value.

Raw Moringa leaves have a lot of antinutrients to poultry. Boiling it kills this antinutrients and makes it a better herb.

Moringa decoction is known to prevent chicks or humans from falling ill by boosting the immune system. Moringa has a lot of multivitamins too.

Moringa decoction is known to cure and prevent coccidiosis, fowl cholera, diarrhea, and also kill all bacteria related diseases.
