Like seriously? If you have to ask then it means you are highly ignorant. Anyway, FYI, China is now the second largest economy in the world behind the U.S (and is poised/destined to overtake the U.S economy pretty soon). If any country boasts of as much infrastructures as the following Chinese cities and still isn't considered 'first-world' then even the U.S isn't one. Only NewYork and Chicago can come close to matching the skyline of Chinese cities. #Fact.
