Dear 2016 Beneficiaries,
If you are experiencing payment issues, kindly identify which of these categories you fall into and rectify your issues before the 16th of October.
If we have told you your issue, please spend less time arguing and hurry to rectify the problem.
There are some of you who can't be paid backlog because your accounts cannot take beyond a certain amount so backlog of a few months is returned.
You have to be persistent to ensure that your issue is dealt with at your bank. Address it now.
NPower Payment Status – 2016 Beneficiaries
1. There are currently 182,347 qualified volunteers.
2. Only 173,046 volunteers are able to receive payments.
For those unable to receive payments
a. 5,520 qualified beneficiaries are without account records on their NPVN profile
b. 684 beneficiaries have ‘’Know Your Customer’’ issues between the volunteer and bank
i.e expired IDs, Account dormancy, recently closed accounts, transactions are not permitted
c. 2656 qualified beneficiaries with BVN unlinked to provided Account Numbers
d. 190 qualified beneficiaries have invalid account numbers/invalid BVN
e. 107 qualified beneficiaries have NAME mismatch issues
If you are having payment issues, you will be given till the 16th of October, 2017 to sort it out at your end. Please take this seriously.

I haven't been paid my backlog. My problem is associated with bvn unmatched, That i should link my bvn to my bank account. And I have succeeded in doing that, still no payment. It is really painful. Ayabowei Ogugu, 08106470623, sterling bank.

Good morning npower, my name is Fasoore, victor sunday, a Nagro beneficiary. Since December 2016 I haven't been paid my stipend due to my inability to update my account details on NPVN, I really tried hard to update it then but all my effort was to no avail. When I checked through npower facebook page yesterday, the message i saw there prompted me to revisit NPVN page where I updated my account details without any hitches. I also saw "Qualified" on my page on NPVN. Pls Sir/Ma what is the way forward?

You can log in and do your corrections sir, If you are unable to do it kindly send your complain to support@npvn.desk-mail.com
with an attachment of a scanned copy of your Original birth certificate or declaration of Age.

I was called last month to come and collect my posting letter of which was directed to delta state but i have relocated to Edo state so I was told to write a letter to the state chairman of which I did but I have not heard from them please sir kindly help

Not that I decided not to update my acct details deliberately, it was due to the fact that NPVN was malfunctioning then. Whenever I entered my account details it bounced back. Good morning Npower Team, I must be sincere with you, I have not been going to my PPA because;
1) I applied in Ondo State, my name came out in Lagos State. I went to Lagos State for physical verification
2) After the verification, I wasn't allocated to any PPA of which "qualified " is boldly writting on my NPVN profile.
I thought, after the verification I would be able to Redeploy to Ondo state.... It wasn't funny at all, I travelled down to Lagos State from Ondo state more than 3 times all in the name of getting the verification done...... Waste of time and resource
I can't just let it go like that sir, once I was counted been qualified after the verification.... Please sir, thing must be done... It wasn't my fault that I haven't been going to my PPA and not that I absconded from my PPA, u guys didn't give me. Moreover, they are some people in my shoes that npower are paying steady... Mine must not be different.... Please help a weary soul, do something about this. Redeploy to my state (Ondo State) and pay my all unpaid stipend..... I am ready to work. Thanks

I have sent a complain to your support. my sister has never received any payment till date. She got a text this morning that the there is a problem with her account. I have checked her profile and realized the account details are wrong. I have sent mail with the correct account number to your support mail.

Npower has no redeployment at this point.
Please note ; Npower is not a free money, You can not expect to be paid for months you were absent sir.

Please how do I get a BVN slip of the new account details? Bank is saying there is nothing like that.

BTW I have furnished the new account details and the BVN number in the mail.

@npowerng. I was having issues of payment which have been rectified,thanks to you. I started receiving payment from August. I still have unpaid backlogs from February to July. When should I expect it or am I suppose to send mails again as a reminder.

Good Evening Npower. Thanks for the opportunity sent a request to rectify my payment problem as I have never received any payment. I was asked to send the BVN verification slip which the bank has said it is not available. But I was given an attachment of my BVN verification slip...what is the way forward for me?

My sis has absent as her status but was physically verified becos I took her there. How do we rectify that? It's highly unfair.. Npower just let the poor girl down by that sole action. Just remember that even if you lot set a deadline for wen kingdom come , we know she did verification that day but maybe sm1 swapped her name. Been told she sent countless emails but no response except for a request for her documents almost 3months now no response haba. No shaking every disappointment will be her blessing.

Dear Npower. Thanks for your mail once again. This will be the umpteenth time I will be trying to reach out to you guys. My wife had no differences on bvn, account number and was also physically present at the verification. She has also since been attending her PPA. Yet to our greatest surprise she is yet to be paid a dime and has the disqualified logo on her NPVN profile. I wrote to the support email you suggested 3 weeks ago and got a reply to scan a letter of attestation from head of her PPA, birth cert, nysc, and 1st degree of which we immediately scanned. Uptil now we haven't gotten a feedback. Her profile still reads disqualified. Can u assist to confirm to us if anything is been done on her issue? And when she is likely to get payment as this is grossly unfair to say the least

Hello npowerng,
I have written to you countless number of times but no single productive reply till last month. I was one of the beneficiaries whose profiles were erroneously adjudged absent by Npower even though we went for verification since January at Eti-Osa Local Govt of Lagos State. After many complaints and protests, it was last month npower chose to hear us out by re-presenting the master lists initially used for the verification, and they realised that we truly did verification at the fixed date. Immediately, our profiles were changed from "absent" to "qualified" but since then, we have not received single payment to that effect.
npowerng, what are u doing about this? When are we going to be paid or you want us to remain unpaid for the problem orchestrated by Npower?
Please, your timely response will be much appreciated.
