I moved to Ibadan from Lagos last year and I don't regret it. First and foremost, no traffic. Lagos traffic almost drove me crazy...driving from surulere to Egbeda and spending 4 hours on the road.

Also, the cost of the living here is low compared to Lagos, and it has a lot of the same facilities as Lagos...Parks, Malls (Two Ventura Malls, Three Malls with Shoprite, and one De Palms), Clubs...I am at Platinum Club in Ibadan right now.

Fresh air...no polution like Lagos. Cheap food and fruits, accomodative people...all my neighbors are Deltans and Benin people, and they are landlords.

It is just such a great city.

Can't you read the message as in see Ibadan beautiful city and your own concern is the browny roofs as you've added it, hope you're satisfied because there's no brown roofed houses in your state of origin.

Ibadan is more developed than kano- Yet compare as a whole how we hear about Kano this kano that every time. Which is because it is the biggest city in the entire Northern Nigeria.
People just talk of Lagos-Ibadan.

You can say that again Sir. Ibadan is really a nice place to behold. I'm so enjoying it here, though I came down few weeks ago. The tranquility and undemanding cost of living is really enjoyable here

It's just like comparing old money to new money.

To a lot of upstarts, Lagos seems to be a heaven.
