I just posited that he was probably left alone to come back to himself after being tipsy. Maybe they realized it was very serious at the die minute and then rushed him to the hospital.

I've seen people who after getting drunk, spent hours to get their balance. You would even see some and think they are dead only to spring back to life staggerdly.

what if he was intoxicated, fell asleep, then Davido and friends decided to lock him in the car y thy all went into the new bar dey went to without winding down the glasses and on coming back, found out he was unconscious, and suspected dead(suffocation because he was very drunk and couldn't wind down d glasses himself), because of davido's status and also to avoid implication, they decided to rush him to the hospital y advising Davido to stay back(this tot came abt probably because of panic) on getting there, he was confirmed dead and in order for him to avoid implication, he lied abt no seeing the victim at all after Leaving the bar, nw his initial statement has landed him into trouble.
