The way we talk here about changing jobs after 6months as if its very easy to do....
I thought it was but now that am in the system the shit sucks... I got to know that UAE labour laws does not really apply to all, the 45 free zones in the country has different employment laws, so what works in Sharjah free zone does not necessarily work at hamriya or ajman free zone..

My company, for u to cancel after 6months u Gona pay the sum of 3000aed, our boss calls it visa fee, but I think he does that to scare people even though it's in the contract we signed, the last person to cancel payed sha o, am still yet to visit Sharjah Free zone to find out what it entails if I wana cancel after 6months..

Been 3months already like play like play December I go be 6months, the beauty of this country is when goin to deira to pay money to my account, the feeling is bliss, even tho na change I dey collect...

Sad thing about me living here so far is my family, I miss them like crazy... To me family is everything.

Bro you can always call MOHRE on 800665 to get specific guidelines about how you can change job successfully. For instance, when I called them, they said from my contract, (I wasn't given a copy) my probation ends 25/10/2017. And if I am able to serve my current employer, a one month notice of resignation, I do not need to pay the employer any money.
Whereas, our HR tells us that if we wish to resign we'll pay 4kAED (visa fee). Now I know better, that it's just to intimidate us. My major worry right now, is how to sign an offer letter with a better coy ASAP.
About family, I miss them too, but the thought of getting invite to interview and a better job surpresses that emotion. More so, they're the reason I'm struggling to be successful, so when next I meet them it'll be worth my long absence.

I just got details from him. The salary is actually 1000 aed, Visa is 4500aed. They produce synthetic(carpet) grass and work 10hrs. They give a day off.
My other option is since i already have a safety certificate (though not accepted in UAE), I come with 3months visa, do a first aid and fire fighting course (1 week) and search for job.

Bro DPS is for security. HSE (health, safety and enviroment) is the certificate I have which is why I wanna do courses related to safety. But u are there and u know better. I Suppose do Nebosh igc course but due to money n preparation I intend doing it later.

Thought my case is worst until I met u.... Me have been to deira like 3 times now, come see as babes dey beg to come do for 30aed,it was disgusting, by December me n some guys going to Abu Dhabi for club World Cup competition, I go to church every Friday at ajman too, which church u dey go sef... Find out your exact location, u should have an id card u use not ur Emirates o, since we no dey stay town like dem NONNYG and nantty...
