Chelsea cannot take their eyes off the ball or face losing the title after back-to-back defeats in the league against Manchester City and Crystal Palace. “We’ve lost a lot of points already. We cannot lose any more games. “We’ve not had time off. We’ve been recovering and preparing for tomorrow. The team are ready.” ~ Marcos Alonso |

diggz: Forget trolling, I will prefer to be a bus driver to a microfinance mat marketer |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by CapitalCee(m): 9:21am On Oct 18, 2017 |
diggz: TBH if you see any microfinance that pays 25,k a month, for their marketers ,they try walahi |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by diggz: 9:24am On Oct 18, 2017 |
CapitalCee: Why? Even if we assume a bus driver earns more than a microfinance marketer..... Where is the career progression in being a bus driver bros? I am sorry but you guys are really trolling bros |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by diggz: 9:26am On Oct 18, 2017 |
CapitalCee: Do you have it on authority that microfinance staff earn less than 25k or you guys are just speculating? |

Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by CapitalCee(m): 9:32am On Oct 18, 2017 |
diggz: Hahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahhahhaa, career progression in Microfinance bank!!! ?? Even real big commercial banks, only about 15% of the staff have Career progression, the rest are slaves. Anybody you see working in a Microfinance, except maybe the Manager is. not better than a bus driver any day. 1 Like |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by CapitalCee(m): 9:38am On Oct 18, 2017 |
diggz: I worked in one of the biggest and juiciest banks in Nigeria for like 5 years, as a full staff before moving to the UK. Only very few of us had career progression from our employment portfolios, the rest are window dressing. Not to talk of Microfinance bank that some of their staff both marketers and operations staff (some are both) are not even much better than sales persons in Big supermarkets. 1 Like |

CapitalCee: You obviously don't get it oga....you are looking at the monthly salary while I am looking at the experience each party can gain to further their careers in life. While a driver will always be a driver or end up as a head driver after several years, a microfinance marketer can move into commercial banking or move into any other sector as a sales person. Anyways, What is certain is that a smart microfinance marketer will always have a higher career ceiling when compared to a bus driver anyway, anytime. Meanwhile you are yet to confirm if these marketers actually earn 25k or less? |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by diggz: 9:45am On Oct 18, 2017 |
CapitalCee: You are bringing a new argument into the discourse on ground bros. Where you start from is not the issue in life...where you choose to settle is actually the issue. Starting up as a microfinance banker does not mean your umbilical cord is automatically tied to it, if you are smart and focused in life, you will find whatever experience you have gathered useful enough to progress to your next assignment in life. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by CapitalCee(m): 10:01am On Oct 18, 2017 |
diggz: So a bus driver cannot progress overtime? Buying a fleet of vehicles and may be become a transport line owner? Let me tell you my brother, I don't know for others, if you pay me 50k as a Microfinance bank Marketer and I am a bus driver Making 35-40k a month, I will take the later. It will be extremely difficult for a Microfinance marketer to have a career progression, even if you eventually break into the main banks (not because of your experience in MFB, but just qualification and the right age) Nobody will employ you in any commercial Bank or cooperate organization because of your exploits as a MFB marketer. As for the salary, there is no site that will give you any CORRECT info on the payrolls of MFBs, so how do you want me to prove it to you. |

diggz: You are absolutely correct here, that is very possible. But I don't know if gaining experience in one sector and making use of the experience to lunch into other endervous in life equate to Career progression? (I stand to be corrected though). I understand the angle you are coming from though, but a bus driver could also get a requisite experience on the work to progress to other things, me think. |

Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by diggz: 10:17am On Oct 18, 2017 |
CapitalCee: What experience that will make him progress to other things asides driving? He won't have the required one to man management skill to start with especially in a place like nigeria. He will too busy breaking his back to earn a living that he won't even be able to gather useful contacts to can move him up in life. Plus...the people you role with on a day to day basis can or will determine what will become of you at the end of the day...if all his contacts are bus drivers, who will drag him up? E.t.c getting a good take home is good but the experience you gather at the end of the day is more important. |
