Playing lower league opposition in cup games can be very tricky. It is not easy. Kelechi scored a classy goal and provided an assist. That will give his confidence a world of good. I believe he will still come good for leicester 6 Likes |

Mujtahida:England is just foolish and wicked...at same time I read somewhere of their drive...to incite Fifa to start charging for fees on players nationality switch.... so wanna make monies from this players all because the guys were brought up in their academics... no one is talking of the large sum...they've cornered from our corrupt politicians in form of money laundering...some of political thieves like ibori loot is still wit them.... same England forget the era of colonialism...where our vast resources like tin ore, arts and crafts were exported to their country...for example it is said that Liverpool own his earlier development from tin ore exported from pleateau state Nigeria....even some of our art works are still in their museum... 2 Likes |

OMANBALA1: Come on let's be factual. We can be only hope. Okazaki- Vardy is first choice. If it is only when Iheanacho combines with Slimani that he can play well then he is on a very long thing because we may only see that combo in a competition like the league cup. 1 Like |

That made me jumped in ... But I didn't register... Just doing ghost reading .. Until we lost against Egypt... During AFCON qualifier last year... I was so disappointed and battered... First time in my life Nigeria missing out of two consecutive afcon... Me too dey learn too... Thanks to the elders in the house for updating Indomie generation like us... |

tbaba1234: OK. I yaff heard. Em what is that Leicester coach again? Due to the combination between Iheanacho and Slimani in today's League cup game against Leeds United. We recommend to you Iheanacho-Slimani combo as your first choice attacking force for the remainder of the EPL season. Better now? Case closed. 2 Likes |

Chai. person dey underrate wolves cos they are in championship? they have the same form as man city(no loss in 13games; w9. both top their tables), and are disciplined defensively. From expression i read on Nacho's face, it seems he may like/dislike a manager on where he's played. |

What always killed us was the Nations cup in a world cup year. We had stupid administrators that used that as a yardstick and opportunity to boot the qualifying coach out if they didn't win the Nations cup. Happened to Amodu twice. In 1998 they wanted first class coach. But in 2014, there was no moral justification to remove Keshi as you cannot base a sack on friendly games. But while they respected late Keshi, he selected his team in a criteria that was beyond any logical human comprehension. Though, we had an ok first 11, we had a rubbish bench and you need a good bench for competitions. He succumbed to the cries of journalists and agents. Hence, I like Rohr, cos he would not fall for this yama yama suggestions of players I see everywhere. He has that tough German coaching mentality and that would help us a lot. Radical changes to a team never helps a team regardless of how good the new players are. Icon4s: |

OMANBALA1:what if the decision to play unselfish could affect his game negatively, where he could no longer contribute to d success of the team. which will lead to counter productive just because he wanted to please some people. the truth is that Victor Moses is very effect with the way he plays, nobody need to tell him to adjust his game and becomes unselfish, because it gives us results. there should be one player in a team that should be given the liberty to play that way as long as it produces results. eg. NERMER,OKOCHA,RONALDINHO,etc. the problem would be when most of the team start playing to their galleries. exception of just one player is ok for me. |

If kelechi improves on his first touch, he will be a far better player. Hopefully, his coaches identify that. It is something that can be worked on.. |

Of course, I’m expecting 95% of the players, who were called up for the last 3 games, to make the World Cup team. That’s just common sense. If Rohr only takes like 10% of the players who played in the qualifiers, I would immediately call for his sack. At least, 16 or 17 of them (barring injury) will absolutely be part of the mundial. It is the other 6 or 7 spots that are really up for grabs. If the likes of Onyekuru, Kayode, Aluko or Uzoho continue having fine performances for most of the remainder of the season, it will be difficult for Rohr not to give them a chance to show what they’ve got. As for Enyeama, if he barely makes the bench for whatever new team he signs for, then Rohr may just have to drop him. However, it will be also a sad story if that happens, because a part of me wants Enyeama to create history as the first Nigerian (or even African?) to have played in 4 world cups. 1 Like |
