Recall that a self acclaimed prophet of Cherubim and Seraphim church and one Sunday Ibikunle were arrested by officers of Nigeria police for murder of one Sarah Olowokere and published via this forum among other media. However the culprit were arraigned at The Chief Magistrate court, Ota this morning on two count charges of conspiracy to commit murder and murder. I humbly appear on their behalf and the matter adjoured to 12 day of December, 2017. Below are the pictures reflecting the accused persons, my humble self, as well as the copy of their charge sheet. They are to be taken back to Abeokuta prison to await the advice of the Director of Public Prosecution. I am Barrister Adeolu Ayo Aderinto, a Nairalander.

Why will you withdraw from the case?you are to see that justice is done , the accused still need representation and a barrister job is separated from the judge, is that not the case?

Already, you have disclosed that the suspects have confessed, so what the point of going to trial when their lawyer has exposed that they're guilty? They should better skip the trial process and proceed to sentencing. Some lawyer you are.
