The pains from incision site is a bit.ch
I choked on the water I was drinking last night and I couldn't cough well because I felt the incision site ripping anytime I cough
I can't even laugh well again because of the pains.

3TB Of Honey,Lime,Powder Milk,And
1 egg mix all and drink(u can exclude the lime for now)
2 Watermelon,Clove Powder,PeakMilk
Or Anyother Liquid Milk Honey Coconut And Dates( U Can Excude Dates For Pregnant Mamas)
3 Lipton,Egg,Milk And Honey,Its Slimy But Works wonders,
4 Fresh Moringa Leave,Coconut,Tigernuts,Honey,Milk And Dates.
5 Coconut Juice,SugarcaneJuice,WatermelonJuice,Peakmilk And Dates.
For The Veejay Tigter, Mango seed DRY ONE,MUSK,HONEY,CRUSH AND INSERT AT NIGHT AND WASH IN THE MORN, YOU CAN ALSO POUND CLOVE SOAK IN WATER AND USE TO WASH THE VEEJAY GIVES IT PLEASANT SMELL TOO.THANKS. AND GOD BLESS.

Depending on who did the CS, by day 5 all pains where gone from. The incision site. By the 10th day i wasnt using plaster again.. Try and use diaclofenac and the pains will disappear.... Pele

I didn't feel much pains the first few days oh and the plaster was taken out on day 10 also.. But since then I've been feeling pains

This brought tears to my face.

In the space of one week I have gone through a lot, I've had tears, smiles, cries and laughter.
Being a new mom isn't easy but beautiful even if you have the whole world at your beckon there will still be so many things left out. You watch your baby cry and there's nothing you can do about it. Breast engorgement and episiotomy site isn't helping things.
So many things to talk about but all in all I can't still but acknowledge God's faithfulness and love.

My MIL cooked all my meals and on time too, made sure i ate because i had crazy loss of appetite. Helped me do my sitz baths, pressed my whole body, stomach especially with hot water twice everyday, baths the baby too, den holds the baby during the day for me to rest. I allow her at night so she too can rest. Dunno if there is more to be done but this was wat my MIL did. She also did baby's laundry a couple of times too.

Seriously, though, it ranges from taking care of new mom, baby or just cooking and helping with house work. The new parents should decide and agree before the MIL or mom comes for omugwo on what areas they need help. That decision should not be made without considering mamas age, general outlook to life etc else the whole omugwo time will be very miserable for both parties.
