As u can see from d picture,sim one is available but sim to is not( not exist)

Update your phone and factory reset. Back up important files and app to an external drive.

You dont have to. Update your rom and let's see how it goes. What comes to mind first In situation like this is your nano sim and that was what noobody and gptech's interventions aimed at. Then ROM, then hardware ish. You said you've used several nano sims (pre-cut inclusive), let's step up to ROM then.
BTW, did you get it on aliexpress?
