Arrangement is ok, but the placement of the chip doesn't look aligned, exactly why we are suggesting you get a precut sim. Have seen more than three cases like this, don't think there is anything wrong with the phone, though nothing is impossible.

reset to factory settings, insert a pre-cut Nano sim into d sim 2 slot (test it on another device or sim 1 slot first)

Kindly use a pre-cut sim sir, if you've not done so.

The update didn't solve my problem, even Sim setting is not showing dual sim, think it's factory problem, this is d last time am buying anything from China, a product u cannot test or return to the shop/store.

Did you factory reset after the update?

Try *#06# and check if the imei corresponds to the number on the back of the phone and carton
