See food. Nigerian Wonderkid Okafor Scores, Provides Two Assists As Basel Thrash CSKA In UYL allnigeriasoccer.com Oct 31, 2017 1:00 PM Swiss club FC Basel put themselves in a fantastic position to qualify for the UEFA Youth League playoffs after a 4-2 thrashing of Russia team CSKA Moscow, with Swiss-born Nigerian midfielder Noah Okafor grabbing the headlines again. The match day four fixture was staged at Leichtathletik-Stadion St. Jakob (Basel) on Tuesday evening. Noah Okafor broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute before providing the assist for Basel's second goal scored by Schmid a minute later. Although Basel controlled the game, the Russians managed to reduce the arrears through Oleynikov's deflected shot in the 73rd minute. Pululu scored to restore the two-goal cushion in the 83rd minute, before Nicolas Suter increased the lead to 4-1 after he was fed by Noah Okafor, then Zhironkin netted for the visitors on 87 minutes. FC Basel, who face Manchester United after the international break, are second in Group A with seven points. Okafor has been involved in all the matches played by Basel in the UEFA Youth League this season, scoring two goals and providing four assists. Igho Kingsley Source : Ans |

I agree but Onyekuru need to start showing some real potential outside Belgian League clubs. A forward need to score. I just dey hope say all these our young boys no disappoint us for WC. Let's be realistic, our semi-final dream is (not a little) excessive. tbaba1234: 3 Likes |

Komekn, I'm sorry to say this, you make the EPL as if it's the holy book for club football. I rate the epl but it's not the only league. You always refer to players in almost all tiers of English football - I want to assume that's your environ so you have to praise it to high heavens. Truth is, very few coaches rate Championship players for technicality. English leagues are good but should never be used as the holy book for accessing a players invitation to the EPL. Mikel Obi that we are praising today started from Lyn Oslo. Even Ighalo played in Norway. Due to the rough terrain in Nigerian players making it in European leagues, Norway is like a sprouting ground for them. I read an article where Attah Aneke was advising players to come to Norway and use it as a foundation to a successful European career. Nwakali even signed a contract extension with City. I doubt they'd want to offer an extension to a talentless player. I don't think it's fair to judge a player by the type of club they play in. Mbark Bousoffa that is the main pillar of Morocco plays in UAE. I think ability should be paramount rather than type of club. If Nwakali was born in UK he would have been loaned to a lower division club in England and would your opinion change about him? komekn: 6 Likes |

Here is a good holding midfielder if we so desire to deploy him there. Neat passes, good defensive abilities, high level of dribbling skills. There is class and there is clash! This dude oozes class! 4 Likes |

komekn:we don't have our left full back solid and that's my reason for hoping he comes good in that position If that position was covered properly probably in the level Shehu is running the right I would have wished he takes over the right So who do you suggest should play the left full back on the 10th and 14th if Aina plays the right |
