The pastor called the wife out and told her that she is the d one telling God not to bless her husband cos she thinks a lot of money in his hands will make him to misbehave and d wife said yes.

The pastor now asked my brother to promise that if God bless him with this huge amount of money will you promise not to misbehave and he said yes... the pastor now asked his wife to reverse the prayer she has been praying against her husband right there inside the Church so that God can bless him and she did.

Since that day my brother became restless, he couldn't believe that the woman under his roof is d one praying against his progress. He told me that he wants to divorce her so that he can be free from her negative prayers.

I don't really know what to tell him.

It's obvious that his wife's prayers are very important and vital in his life and for his progress. I think he should just forgive her and continue with the marriage, it's her level of understanding that made her pray such wicked prayers, and now she knows better.i personally don't think things would get better for him if he breaks up the marriage, so long as there's no form of abuse involved, let him just stay.

Bro, the same thing is happening to my friend. Exactly the same thing. No matter what you say, it still balls down to your bro's decision. My friends own was so crazy because she was even pregnant and still never missed a church vigil program. And when he was reading her bible, he stumbled on her prayer points. He was shocked. Your brother should forgive her and move on.

Sorry, your brother does not want to end his marriage because of a prophecy, he wants to end his marriage because of his wife's confession.

Take the pastor out of the picture here. The wife confessed to praying against her husband's success; that is enough.

Whether she actually prays against him or she just thinks it in her heart, your brother has married someone who does not wish him well for self-centered reasons. He is right to want to leave her but as a christian man he is not entitled to divorce just yet.

You're assuming things, when what she actually said is up there.

She said yes, in the presence of her husband, she even revoke the prayers in the presence of her husband and you're saying cos she is a church goer and will act to the tune of her pastor even when her marriage is on the line.

You even said no woman in her right sense will say bad prayers to her husband, how are you sure she is in her right sense? We have heard and read stories of a woman killing her husband or doing away with all his properties etc.

I didn't want to bore u guys with details but the truth be told my brother's wife has done some things that few men can stomach. she once locked up my brother in d police station, she can nag till forever.
She gossips alot, anything that happens in my bros house will be known by a third party the next day.
She once accused my brother of sleeping with their house help, she disgraced him in the whole neighborhood..... my bro called me on d phone and was crying like a baby when she did that.
my bro have given her money countless times to open a business she will mismanage d money. She once accused my brother of wanting to use his children for rituals and many more but this things happened years ago she is beginning to change gradually for d better.

On my brother's part...I know he keeps late nights, sleeps outside one or two times, whenever I confront him he will always say he needs time to himself sometimes to regain his sanity ( I don't know what that means)

They have been having issues that makes me become scared of marriage. The wife will openly lay curses on my brother that my mum sometimes with not be happy with her when she she gets to know... very strong curses oh; like

a similar story that happened in my area was a woman that sells beans, she was so big in the area that people come from far and near with grown up children doing well academically and in business, na so the husband won a contract, this woman go do juju make d husband no see anything do with the money so he no go marry another wife, na since then the man life no be the same again and the woman beans biz too don crumble

One has to be careful of all these prophesies. They have scattered many homes and rendered many lives useless. Some ppl are afraid to say no to confirmations of so called prophets so that the prophet wont seem a liar in front of a crowd. I have been there. Many ppl answer alter call to support the pastor , not because the are not born again or need to come out. Many give testimonies in faith so that it wont seem the pastor is powerless.

But of a truth, lots of women with wayward hubbys think it in their heart that the hubby remains stagnant cos each time money enters their hand, he doesnt sleep at home. From one hotel to the other with strange women. Some men even go as far as mentioning to the wife that they will take another wife if money enters. For such women, i will give you the advise a friend shared with me, 'At any point in time, make sure your hubby has no free/lose money to waste.' Start a building project of the size of the expected inflow. Change your kids to better school.' I believe this solves the problem.

Firstly,the woman is not a witch,she is just a woman that has been pushed to doubt her husbands love and commitment to her. Your brother needs to address this issue with caution. .
