As the topic implies, yes, the transaction of sexual and other preamble activities that is attached to sex btw a regular Nigerian man and woman. Before, I dive into the main issue proper I'll like to establish some few points which I think most sane humans will agree with me.

Women derive more pleasure from sex than men. From the pre-intimacy activities to the sex proper and post sex feelings, every minutes count for the females. A man's pleasure only comes during the few seconds of ejaculation and when he sees his partner satisfied during and after the sexual activity. i.e when she moans, shouts and other climax signs etc.

So, if the said paragraph above is true, why do men go out of their way to chase, attract, satisfy and accommodate a female partner? A men do the chasing, waste his time and other resources to call, go on a date, buy gifts, pickup some responsibility of her wellbeing. This is definitely a bad deal for men. Is it the way our society is being structured or mens are bad negotiator when it comes to sexual and relationship matters. In reality, it has become a norm for ladies to use their sexual advantages in shortchanging their men and doping them of their riches. When a man do likewise, it becomes headline news everywhere. Another example is the popular saying, his wealth is ours but her wealth is just hers. Are Nigerian men born to serve the Nigerian women?

Lalasticlala, I hope this can get to the front page

I beg to differ. Women don't derive more sexual pleasure than men during intercourse. It's relative and depends largely on who's enjoying the act at the moment. Man's pleasure doesn't come only when he ejaculates 'cause the feelings during pre-intimacy counts for both parties before ejaculation/climax.

Men do moan and shout way before ejaculating too. grin

Well from d biological point of view, pride is what's at stake for d male specie. Many men feel big and boastful in being able to tell their friends that they slept with so and so and also of d amount of money they spent. Even FFK do boast of sleeping and impregnating a certain former ambassador who is a wife to a late Biafran leader

Is it the way our society is being structured or mens are bad negotiator when it comes to sexual and relationship matters.

More than EVER BEFORE the world is structured by delibrate design on CARNAL CULTURE. SENSELESS ILLICIT MEANINGLESS SEX reducing humans to animals who cant see beyond LUST to the SACREDNESS of intimacy as its been so since PRIMORDIAL, many centuries ago.

So WOMEN are suppose to be the ones chasing men for SEX?! Hmmmm...........

If according to you a man's ENJOYMENT during sex is to see his woman (WIFE) SATISFIED. I bet you there wont be such as the FEMINIST MOVEMENT as it is today for anyone who have studied the root cause of this radical ideology which emanated from the WEST sadly encroaching other parts of the world will tell you 'A' reason for such bitterness in such WOMEN, their protest, the FEMINIST MOVEMENT has to do with how MEN especially the WESTERNER enjoys himself SELFISHLY during sex leaving his partner the WOMAN SO UNSATISFIED. He sees women as mere OBJECT just to satisfy his own sexual urge, and move on. With respect to your area of case study, Nigeria. It has become the same mentality as the west. Women are seen as sexual object by men as these women themselves present themselves as so without DIGNITY, an emulation of the carnal culture of the west.

TO COME UP WITH SUCH A THOUGHT AS TO SAY WOMEN ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THE ONES CHASING MEN FOR SEX BECAUSE YOUR ASSUMPTION IS THAT THEY ENJOY SEX THE MOST IS BUT A FURTHER CHEAPING AWAY OUR HUMANITY. THIS SAME WOMEN, EVEN AS THEY ARE NOT THE ONES DOING THEY CHASING THEY ARE GENERALLY CALLED BITCHES BY MOST MEN WHO DO THE CHASING. WHAT SHALL THEY BE CALLED IF THEY ARE TO FULFILL YOUR THEORY, DOING THE CHASING.

Sex was treated as SACRED, particularly in the EAST as compared to the WEST (not limiting my scope to Nigeria's eroded culture) and there were proper sex education to this effect since primordial.

Example, is the thirteenth-century India on the Temple walls of Konarak. Life size stone carvings revealing women and men in almost every conceivable sexual embrace. Kamasutra was written by a holy man in India. There is also the Perfume Garden of the 16 Centuary by a Sheik. There are several medical text of the Japanese that speak for itself.

So, many people after watching porn for long and then their first time of having sex becoming so DISSAPOINTED because they learnt from ILLUSION. Even in porn, its about male gratification not female satisfaction. THAT'S WHAT IT TEACHES.

"Sex is primordial, sexual energy is sacred, sexual pleasure is healing and transformative"

The orginal Kamasutra was written almost two millenia ago which did not have DEVASTATING EFFECT because it is performed within the boundaries of MARRIAGE and that is the best ECONOMY of sex and relationship ever.

So, what is my point? My point is that SEX is meant to be enjoyed by both if truely its geared towards BLISSFUL BONDING and not just some physical BULLSH!T that it has become. We are mostly not so INTELLIGENT as far as this so called modern world is concern.

We really need to start THINKING, opening our eyes to see what we don't like to see if truely we are homosapien, wise and not some bunch of promiscous animals.
