Point to one AM in our National team better than him and don't stop there, tell me which ST is better than Abraham Tega and which LW better pass Ademola Lookman, huh, before you start to dey yan over hyped English groomed players. I never mention Dominic Solanke oooo. I think you saw how he demonstrated he is a very skilful and confident player with that his solo runs before he took a shot during the match against West ham?

Abeg, comot Mikel Obi for the comparison. grin

Abi, you mean generally English groomed players are over hyped? Is Dele Alli Over hype? Abi, the English groomed players are over hype because somebody snubbed us for England?

If you think English groomed players are over hyped then list and compare Nigerian and British groomed players side by side, make we see who don produced better players pass.

unfortunately all the players you just mentioned are English players......
with all the hype sir komekn give them here...and the way he tear down others to promote them...one should expect the English team to be miles ahead of the like of Germany...in world cup tournaments...

Rohr, Obi Mikel Want To Finish 2018 World Cup Qualifying Campaign Unbeaten
Published: November 10, 2017

Rohr, Obi Mikel Want To Finish 2018 World Cup Qualifying Campaign Unbeaten Nigeria’s Super Eagles go up against the Fennecs of Algeria in Constantine on Friday with a determination to finish the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia qualifying campaign unbeaten.

Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr and Skipper Mikel John Obi said this much on Thursday evening, as the squad welcomed Nigeria’s Ambassador to Algeria, His Excellency Demenongu Agev at the Hotel Novotel in Constantine.

''It is true that a team cannot win all the time, but we will give our very best on Friday,'' said Rohr to thenff.com

''There are some players who have been eager to get opportunity to play and some of them will get the opportunity on Friday, and I am sure they will not disappoint.

“We already have the FIFA World Cup ticket but we have prepared for this match in the same way we prepared for the previous matches in the qualifying series.''

Skipper Mikel Obi, who will win his 80th cap for Nigeria if selected to play at the Stade Mohamed Hamlaoui, said the team is focused on finishing the race without a loss.

''We don’t want to lose any match; we will go to the field looking for a win. Matches between Nigeria and Algeria are always big, and we cannot afford to take things for granted.''

On Thursday evening evening, the Eagles had their only training at the Stade Mohamed Hamlaoui, where Friday’s match will take place, starting at 8.30pm Algeria time.

Did he ever claim he's an Agent to any of the Anglo-Nigerian Players?! Even if he is..... the Players he does mention here are top Qualities and deserve to be considered for the Call ups (if they are willing to play for us though, perhaps after getting their Allegiances).

Published: November 10, 2017

(Photo) Victor Moses Brings Good News As Chelsea Ace Starts Training On Grass Victor Moses is on the road to full recovery, with the Chelsea right wing-back bringing the best news so far regarding his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury.

The number fifteen faced up to one month on the sidelines after sustaining an injury against Crystal Palace on October 14, and his treatment is going exactly as the Blues doctors planned.

Moses took to social media to reassure his fans that his chances of being fit for Chelsea's next competitive game are high.

He posted on Twitter, with a picture of himself and an unnamed Chelsea fitness coach : ''Good to be back training outside #CFC''.

Italy international Davide Zappacosta had filled the vacant right wing-back position while Moses was receiving treatment before the third international break of the 2017-2018 season.

The Nigeria star missed games against AS Roma (2), Everton, Watford, Bournemouth and Manchester United.

You should have known the factors that undermines the performance of the English team.

1, Too much foreigners than the English. For example you can see only one or two British player in a match day game in top club like Chelsea. In some cases, only two or three british players in a top club in England.Have you ever seen that in the Bundusliga?

2. Fatigue: EPL players play in more competitions than all other leagues in the Europe hence the fatigue prior to the world cup.

Rohr On Absence Of Moses', Ighalo, Onazi, Elderson : We Have No Second Team
Published: November 10, 2017

Rohr On Absence Of Moses', Ighalo, Onazi, Elderson : We Have No Second TeamGernot Rohr has dismissed suggestions that he will not field his strongest possible line-up against Algeria this evening following the withdrawals of six players from the roster due to injuries.

The German cannot count on the services of Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses, Monaco loanee Elderson Echiejile, Turkish-based duo Eddy Onazi and Mikel Agu, Moses Simon and Odion Ighalo.

''At this level, we can not speak of a second team. We have injuries, but the players who will replace them are of the same level.,'' Rohr told Le Buteur, shortly after the team's arrival in Constantine.

''By the way, I really believe in them and I'm sure they'll show themselves in the big game.

''There are six (injured players). This will complicate our mission, especially since the Algerian selection will seek to take revenge, but we will try to be ready.

''It's going to be a good match and I hope the best on the field will win.''

Nigeria's final game of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers will begin at 2030 hours at the Stade Mohamed-Hamlaoui, Constantine.

well don't forget the context. I'm sure he didn't mean in terms of "settlement".
To many cultures out there, bribing for something, when you have actually demonstrated you deserve it, is ridiculous oh.

I can highlight our many forms of corruption in Nigeria as we have it now, that have become our culture.
Consider some:

1. Sorting which is actually bribes
2. Giving the police money to get away
3. You graduated in Lagos and you are serving as a youth corper in Lagos. How come? when you are neither married nor in a critical condition health-wise.
4. You bribe your way to skip the line. Why am I kept waiting when I came before many others in the hospital? I keep seeing people go through the door before me. People I came before. na magic?
5. The satellite TV installer does not want to his job diligently after I've been charged for installation. He tells me he needs cable, that he doesn't actually need, since my house is already wired -- satellite ready. He wants me to give him money for cable, else...
should I go on?
6. The carpenter has already gotten deposit to start his job. He promises it will be ready in a week time, when he is done, I'm to give him the balance, which is 50% of his charge. When the time comes, he asks for more money, but the job is not even half done.
Should I continue.
7. My painter uses the paint money I gave to buy a different paint, does a bad job and still makes away with the paint buckets I would have given him anyway.

My friend the way corruption smells from top to bottom here.. it's a culture..

Corruption, where I am based, is institutionalized. That is to say it is legal. But when you look at it from a moral standpoint, you know it is corruption. Two different things. While giving kickbacks take place, It is not widespread as we have it here. It is not anticipated. Over here in Nigeria almost everyone expects you to "see" them. If you don't they give those who "see" them preference. They frustrate you.. some of us are really used to these things, but it's normal oh among civilized people.

Lemme add no 8... you all drive around today with drivers licence. Did any one of you actually go for driving test? Exactly my point..... kwarraption has been institutionalized

Man City Loanee Nwakali Struggling To Impose Himself In Super Eagles Training
November 9, 2017028

One player whose invitation to the senior national team of Nigeria ahead of games against Algeria and Argentina ‎has to be on loan Manchester City midfielder Chidiebere Nwakali.

Nwakali who is presently out on loan to Sogndal of Norway was listed by the coach in the list of players for the games, and the player is presently with the team ahead tomorrow’s game against Algeria.

However the midfielder has not really imposed himself in training as he appears to be playing with lot of caution obviously afraid not to make mistakes, which has rob him of what many know him for.

His traditional long range passes and tenacity in tackles are yet to be seen, but in one of their session his shot gave goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa a lot to worry although the goalkeeper saved the effort.

So far he hasn’t really light up the sessions, but considering this is hid first call up to the senior team, he will definitely get better because he is obviously talented.

Explain more please, why would a Bundesliga club be playing friendlies with the season in full swing. Particularly as once again they are hovering around the relegation zone

I want to make an informed guess that it will be a game dominated by fringe players and youth players so almost a U23 game.

Osimhen has played twice for the first team coming on as a late substitute has not even made the bench in quite a few games. And some are suggesting he is SE top quality material.
the friendly I guess might be played by those not called up for international duty since this is the period for international break.

concerning your last paragraph, i've not seen that clamor for his invitation in recent times to be invited to the national team and the only clamor i can remember vividly of recent is for him to find a team and get playing time by Jan for him to be assessed if he can offer solutions to the SE attack and not necessarily for his invitation

thank you my brother....you understood me perfectly well....

I could have as well....keep quiet..
but he is gradually repeating it everyday..
one will think now...that foreign born players he is talking about...will gladly accept us should we make approach...but the reverse will be the case....as they don't mind make headlines on rejecting Nigeria advancea just to draw up Southgate attention...

it is annoying players who have not even accept playing for nigeria are been hyped and our homegrown player pulled down...

I don't mind onomah achievement he did that for England...
oshimen have flew Nigeria's flag high in time past and I believe he will keep up the good work....as he make progress...

I am not against this onomah and co....but dont pull down other players just to promote them...I remember after all the fuss over nwakali super eagles call up...
he could not provide an alternative someone he has in mind that should have been called in his place...unlike sir forgiveness who gave names of players that worth considering..

deep down I believe his problem with nwakali is not because the lad lack potentials but because he is playing in far away Norway....as if it is the guy's fault...

here we talk of a young boy...who all he has achieved in life is as a result of hardwork and God's favor....
he never had anything smooth for him...
