I want to book an appointment but my passport will be expiring June, 2018 which means it has about 8months validity on it. 120k is too much and if you have documents to back the name up such as your waec result, birth and baptismal certificate then jet in to abuja and get it done below 80k but not sure of the real cost. But if you dont have confirm evidence then you pay outrageous money

You're about to put inconsistency into your application. Job type don't necessarily determine the success of an F1 application. It can only help in some cases. I've seen someone that teaches in a private sec school getting the visa. Be able to prove you're a genuine student and have a good sponsor and see how it goes from there.

How long does it takes from receipt of I-20 to booking an appointment(i mean the entire process).

I'm about scheduling an appointment now and I'm seeing Nov 20 as first available appointment date..
Meanwhile yesterday night, I saw dec 4 as available date but couldn't schedule cos I have to wait for few hours before my Visa fee could be reflected..

So, there's still available date in Nov self, not to talk of Dec.

If not that am still waiting for my i20, would have booked for Nov 20..

Don't wanna Gamble cos I dunno maybe my i20 will get to me this Friday or not..
