A suspect identified as Chinedu Akpunonu a.k.a Obrocho was today charged at the Ozubulu magistrate court in Anambra state for the killing of 13 people at St Philip Catholic church, Ozubulu on August 6, 2017. Chinedu was arraigned along with another suspect, Mr Onyebuchi Mbanefo popularly known as Dogy Dog (pictured in handcuffs). According to reports, the suspects were referred to Nnewi prison till 26th of February 2018 when they will appear again in the court of law. The two are prime suspects for the Ozubulu Church Massacre. About 13 persons were killed and 22 more injured when armed men stormed the church and opened fire on the members with their target being Aloysius Ikegwuonu a.k.a Bishop. According to eyewitness, the armed men were in search of their target 'Bishop' in the church and when they did not find him, they opened fire on innocent members including Cyprian Ikegwuonu, his father who also died in the attack. Just one threat of litigation over libel and Bishop's name has been dropped from the Ozubulu Massacre saga. This is very unfair if Bishop (Aloysius Ikegwuonu) is not amongst those being tried. 31 Likes 3 Shares |

sarrki:Do something useful with your life, you can start by enrolling for etiquette classes. I've never met any person as brazenly unintelligent as you are, yet you go about shouting IPOB miscreants and Buhari like one who is cursed. If I'm to ask you the meaning of the word 'miscreant', you don't know. I remember those days when firefire and tonyebarcanista were promoting PDP here, if not for anything, you could admire the strength of their arguments. You can't write well, you can't argue, you're bereft of facts. Just useless oneliners. Keep shouting IPOB and asslicking Buhari, for a meager 40k stipend. I wonder what you see when you look in the mirror. 107 Likes 7 Shares |

Obaino is busy protecting Bishop who's the cause of it all. Any investigation or court action that doesn't involve Bishop is a waste and he should tell Anambrarians how many lives he wasted in SA cos of the same case. 3 Likes 1 Share |

supereagle:They just want to suffer them. The magistrate will keep them in prison and wait for DPP advise which will be to take their case to the high court. But all the while they are waiting for DPP advisement they will be in prisprison. it can take months. Then when the case finally gets to high court it will be like a fresh case. Then they will start afresh by reprimanding them in the prison, then adjourned to a further date for bail hearing... which is likely to be denied cos of the magnitude of the case unless they have a good lawyer.... Believe me.... the prosecutors know what they are doing. 15 Likes 1 Share |
