Apga won 2013 governorship election with just 180,178 votes, and this was when nobody knew about Ipob or Biafra or Nnamdi Kanu, and even vanguard newspaper reported that there was even low turnout at that time. So far in this election, Apga has already 160,000 vote and counting. So this was not a boycott, it's just how Anambra elections normally is.
