I agree with the part on posture, but one thing is that most Nigerians fail to exercise in the morning before going to work. I normally keep a Monday to Friday Workout schedule to keep me fit and I have exercises which help me work on my posture. Exercising every morning could help you deal with the stress of a Nigerian workplace for real
