Sequel to the previous notice of 11th October, 2017 in respect to the above captioned and subsequent deliberation with various interest groups particularly the Admins of cryptohall, the following conclusions have been reached to resolve the inability of some few investors to meet up with the GeneX shares offer sales 19th October 2017 deadline.

The 19th October 2017 deadline stands : The proceeds received till date are being kept in a custodial account and managed by a team of expert auditors, Actuaries and financial consultants. An extension of the date will accrue an unacceptable additional cost of $200,000.00 as consultance charges to the company .

Resolution :

Shares in all categories will be available for purchase with the merchants effective from 18th October,2019 at merchant's commission rate of 10% per unit.
Merchants are required to recapitalize immediately and shall continue with the shares sales on an ongoing basis.
All non shareholding portfolios will become inactive after the piggy pay day penultimate the 19th October,2017.
Inactive accounts shall be activated on acquisition of the shares at anytime within two months after which the account shall be placed on queue for final capital refund.
The provision for portfolio migration will no longer be available after the piggy pay day penultimate the 19th October 2017.
All new incoming investors are required to pick up the shares along with their chosen investments.

The stubborn flies always ends up in the grave with the corpse. True you can't tell people what to do with their money but it's my civil responsibility to warn people of perceived threats/fraud. The smart ones will take heed while the foolish will have themselves to blame.

This situation is all too familiar. Search through nairaland and you'll see hundreds of threads put up by well meaning Nigerians trying to dissuade their country men from participating in Ponzis like MMM. You will see similar war of words like the ones on this thread by the staunch participants who had been brain washed into the ideology of free money. There is no free lunch even in free town cause nothing goes for nothing.

At the end of the day, we all saw the climax. People lost their life savings. Dreams were shattered, people life's were destroyed forever. Some people are yet to get over the loss and the perpetrators are yet to be punished.

My own mother was a victim of this Ponzi schemes, during that time, she invested her savings from her small business into a scheme called partner with us. They promised to be paying her ROI every month for her investment. The said company managed to pay for about a year before they went belly up. My mom survived cause she had people she could look up to, others people were not so lucky.

I hope this won't be the portion of anybody reading this but still, to be fore warned is to be fore armed.

Shun investments promising you huge ROI without any realistic products or services been delivered. That money you are investing into this fraudulent schemes can be used to start up a good business. With focus and determination, you'll be better off at the long run. If you want to deal on cryptocurrency, buy and store in your wallets, it will appreciate with time.
