MTN recently enabled a service called DND(Do not Disturb)Many subscriber has put their Nos on DND List
To avoid Bulk SMS,VAS promos, etc.)hence blocked Delivery&Reduced MTN Delivery ratio

To solve this issue,follow the steps below & inform all your clients,friend,members,etc.

Send "ALLOW" to 2442

Once the above is done the Number will get out of the DND Service & will be able to receive SMS

if unblocking does not work do it online via https://www.donotdisturb.mtnonline.com:8081/vasportal

Sometimes the customer is not aware of this issue, so it's sometimes better for the sender to enrol for corporate route of SMS.
