I just gained admission into a Nigerian university, and if I don't take some drastic steps, I might be losing this admission. Even though my school will be resuming next year, payment of acceptance fee will commence anytime soon, and it usually lasts for about 2 weeks, in which anyone unable to pay within the stipulated time will definitely lose the admission.

I'm a struggling young guy with very poor parents.

I got a teaching job at a primary school last month but the pay is just too small. My acceptance fee will be #35,000 but I have only been able to save #5,000 from what I earned last month, which was paid yesterday, after removing certain important dues from the money.

Please help me nairalanders!!! I don't want to lose this admission. I left secondary school since 2013 and it'll be a very sad thing if this admission pass me by.

Yes sir. University of Ibadan. I'll provide everything requested by whoever wants to help me. I have my jamb admission status already updated and I can now print my admission letter. I have my screenshot for when the merit list notification was first released.

But I will not like to post those things here to keep my identity from the public. I'm willing to meet with whomever wants to render help to me, or send PDF of my documents and necessary screenshots.

Many people on nairaland who will be "begging for money" will prefer to use an alternate account. That does not mean they are unserious. Many will like to protect their dignity. People can be funny atimes, when they see you tomorrow, they will not hesitate to remind you how you have once begged for money online.

I've gotten some menial jobs to do to survive in the long run, but the duration given for acceptance fee to be paid is always very short. Not having money now does not stop one from giving education a shot, except you are an advocate for the "education is not for the poor" quote.

Okay, so you have two or more alternate account.

I have been on nld for over ten years and I haven't seen, even once, where anyone is mocked after receiving help from here. Infact, most givers like myself won't even recall your username afterwards. Yes, we do bash and insult each other but no one will use an act of kindness to score cheap points. And nobody frankly gat the time to meet with you physically to confirm anything and you KNOW that. No employer, gf or family will frown at you if they happen to bump into your name online asking for help with school fees if YOU are genuine.
