The Student portal for Unilag aspirants 2017/18 has been reopened for admitted candidates. If you've accepted CAPS or you were in the previous merit list *legitimately* you can now login to the student portal. You have to change your default password which is your surname.

You can update your biodata but you can't pay fees yet.

Hello house! Has any sociology candidate accepted his/her admission on CAPS? My brother's name was on the merit list (didn't upgrade his result o) but his admission status is still 'not admitted'. Anybody?

I tink he should log in to unilag student portal, with his jamb reg number and his surname as password, if he is able to log in then that means he is good to go....

But on my birth certificate my name is WUSU AZARIAH SEDOTEN

Should i go and do i new birth certificate that will show WUSU AZARIAH ONLY?

Or get a sworn affidavit to declare my name as WUSU AZARIAH SEDOTEN?. Am asking this because i heard Unilag can disqualify one for contradicting names​.

You are good to go...the most important thing is the names you have on other docs and not the ones on your birth cert.

Yes you can... but make sure you have all ur documents ready before then

i will respond asap.

For the admission process,
try to log in to the school portal if you can log in successful,you've been admitted(obviously) and if not hold on for the updating on jamb site. And try check if u r able to print admission letter frm jamb.

My sister name also o, for sociology. it was on the merit list but still showing not admitted even up till now
