Guys, I saw an Miui 9 update online for Redmi 4 prime but it says China stable ROM. I am on global stable ROM. But if I do 'agidi' and download the China stable rom, what wud be the downside for my fone...

First, you need to unlock bootloader and flash the fastboot rom (meaning it's the fastboot you'll download not recovery rom) in order to move the Chinese rom. Secondly, there are no downsides to the Chinese rom apart from some few Chinese characters in some apps like the stock music apps.

As In eh, the tin weak me o! They have not brought out the global stable update. It seems that the fone has been forgotten by xiaomi. Seems it's a crime to be an elder brother o! Walahi. Cos when I see the specs of Redmi 4x and Note 4x, Redmi 4 prime pass them but we have been abandoned. Lol

Good morning my people longest time no see i have an issue with mi max oh 3/32gb d thing nor gree download update i also downloaded directly from xiaomis site directly thinking it would update its saying old version not allowed whereas na new 1 i download make una help me oh my people
