the only help anyone can offer is to implore you to chill more. I've no doubt that it's either your item is delivered or you open dispute after the expiration of the buyer's protection period and have your full refund.

Check the weight of the package on nipost website and on aliexpress app, let's know who tempered with it

Bro, was it shipped through Singapore post? If yes, you can get your seller to raise an enquiry with them to know what's up with the delayed shipping. Below is that I'm told when I contacted them.

That's just an indirect way of saying "hey we can't control this, just be patient"

Isn't delivery period between 20-35 working days for AES? It can't be very frustrating, but no amount of tweets,threats,mails can change the situation. Patience is all that is needed.

Are you sure? That alixpress tracking status that shows departed from origin country is actually when your item was handed over to the airline. Track it with 17track or cainao global to know the exact time your item actually departed country of origin.

My packages ship by Singapore post have arrived since last two weeks, the problem is China Post registered Air and China Post ordinary small package still waiting for the ones they ship to arrive

Your item is probably chilling at the post office. From your screenshot it is obvious that it is an unregistered packet, that information will remain like that till the next ten years. Just go to the Post office tomorrow and collect your item, 8 out of ten times, the post office people won't call you.

Dont worry! I can relate. Go for the certificate tomorrow and continue from there. PMG will acknowledge your complaint, which I hope is inclusive of the PO name, item extracted, tracking ID, your contact details (name, email and phone number)?

As ealier advised, always check your package at the counter to ascertain it hasnt been compromised. Do video unboxing at the counter if compromised and ensure you dont leave the counter without getting the EMS Manager's attention, to say the least, and write a complaint letter to the PO manager through the EMS Manager detailing the scenario and package details that same day.

Sorry for the inconveniences.

wow thanks for that information...though I've finish god of war chains of Olympus and ghost of Sparta on ppsspp just waiting for my phone to land so as to test Dante inferno with some other ppsspp games that where slow or difficult to configure,I believe opengl will not brick the phone because I intend to use the app to test some high quality android game which requires tweaks only rendered by opengl.
