Collectively, I have spent over 6months. Please do I need to get a FBI PCC?

YES, you need to get fbi pcc. Download the forms here

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/united-states.html

Fill the forms, get finger prints on multiple cards and courier to the FBI address there. It costs $18
Takes 10 to 14weeks.
It is advisable to use a USA address for delivery, so that the person can scan and send to you as soon as it's delivered just to save time as sending to Nig may take a minute and it is the soft copy you need for the application.

many thanks, I will check the link and probably use my cousins address for delivery.

Good morning all. Please regarding the Fbi clearance, I would like to know if I need to go to a police station in Nigeria to get my finger print on the card requested by the Fbi or do I just buy an ink pad and do it myself. Pls if you've done this before suggestions will be well appreciated. Thanks

I'm wondering where you read the visits should be consecutive? You mean cummulative? Please don't mislead her with speculations because when they ask her for it (by the way it takes more than 3 months to get) you won't be there.

@Godsaysyes please go ahead and do the FBI.

Thanks so much. guess I'll just initiate it to be on the safe side. Thanks to everyone that responded, I appreciate.

Freeman59:

If you are registering on your own no charges. But through an agent they could charge you 2k or more for processing. Making it 70k

my case was kind of similar, my gcms said I was short of 1000 candols, but it was also stated that they are not sure because not all the statement of account I uploaded was clear as per the scanned documents so they sent me a mail to upload an updated pof that has a clear summary of all my balance from all sources, I also uploaded 6,643,000 for a family of 4, so I think you should be fine, but just so you can sleep well at night you could raise cse, if you did not get adr for it and add more to the pof if you can.

MRSDA:
House, please I need advice....

I ordered GCMS notes and i noticed that at a point, there's was Funds met written, then another page said Funds to be reviewed.

We claimed 23,000 CAD as POF for a family of 4. On the day we submitted, Oanda gave us figure as 6,646,290 while balance on account was about N50,000 higher than this.

I am now wondering if this isn't a problem because of the 'to be reviewed' comment.

The account balance is a little higher than that now. Should we raise CSE and resubmit POF or wait to see if they ask for proof again?

With the current exchange rate though, we definitely have more than.

What rate do they use? Please help.

Thank you all

Thank you very much. I will do that. Fingers crossed, it works.
Newmum0615:
My opinion is if you can get the principal to write the letter in a detailed way according to CIC format, he/she can include the fact that you were paid in cash on the letter, so that you won't need payslips and all. Methinks that if your letter contains as much info as required by CIC, you won't need to support it with any other documents. My opinion though. I am planning to use only my HR reference letter. Others can speak to it.

There is no purpose . The letter should be titled with your name/ to whom it may concern.
and go straight to content

Generally when you are moving out of a job and or country , you should have reference letter to say everything you did in that company. It's not suppose to be specified to one employer. Hope you understand
