Hello everyone, Please I need assistance, I’m trying to do my WES evaluation, while creating an account it asked me to add my secondary school certificate for analysis and it’s also included in the last page of registration, Is it compulsory I send my WAEC Result for evaluation and will my BSC be evaluated without my WAEC result cos I can’t imagine going to WAEC office and asking them to send my result to WES. Please I need further explanation. Thanks y’all

i cant even find that post cos its old, like I said, the person did not say she had a dependant prio to the application and also was single, but later got married and added the hubby and a child. Your case is different so can be judged separately. Get more clarification on this as i am only speaking from what i read here.

Good afternoon, thanks a lot. Please can I have the nairaland name of the woman so I can get more details. Also I already filled for a dependant which is my child since there's no place asking for children and I'm not legally married yet so I filled single. Thanks

By the way, which NOC did you eventually choose? I am seriously debating whether to change mine post-ITA or not.

Those addresses don't really do much. They only send you generic responses that don't help in any way. At least, that is what happened to me.

I believe you can do this since there is no legal record of you ever being married as traditional wedding isn’t documented. I don’t think having a baby should matter. The important thing is to clearly show evidence that the wedding took place post AOR.

Note though that you will have to show POF for 3 people once your husband is added. He also has to do medicals and I believe PCC. So ensure you’re ready.
Thanks a lot, please what's PCC. And also for our passport, my son is bearing his father's name which is different from mine. I hope it's not a problem

No need to evaluate WAEC. Your highest degree alone should be sufficient.

it's second nature for some people to rely on others. It's not like they can't register themselves, they just don't want to go through the hassle or they want the responsibility to be on someone else. Same way some people will still get an immigration consultant to process their application. smh

Some people are not Risk takers; they don't want to make mistakes and blame themselves for not doing it well. You can assist to advise the person on how to go about it. But some people should learn to do things on their own else they'd be exploited.

Babes,

I think this is fine. Does oyinbo marry everyone they have kids for ? Do they not have 3 kids together and still remain unmarried? You have not yet married the man legally, and you have a dependent, is marriage compulsory to get belle ni? I do not even see how this thing is an issue yet. If they ask you, you explain.....shikena! When you marry him, you add spouse, people have been adding spouse without issues.

Although, I agree it's a little different because the child bears his name, it should still not be a big deal.
Thanks a lot, I'm happy to hear. Just to clarify again, my son's passport will bear his father's name which is different from mine. That shouldn't be a problem right?

You can change your NOC post ITA. Some elders did. Just ensure your new NOC is in sync with duties in your reference letter(s).

Good evening great people. Please inhale a question..on feeling the application form on line, there are 2 columns under statutory questions in the personal history column that asks similar questions on refusal of visa or refugee immigration. The 2 questions seems similar but I doubt if they mean the same thing. I was denied US and UK visas in 2002 and 2007 but after that I have been to those countries at least a dozen time after the denials. the question is this do I indicate the denials for the 2 questions or which of the questions should have a yes for denials.
sorry for the long epistle
The two questions are different. One has to do with entry denial while the other visa denial. The entry denial is you getting to the country but you were not allowed in, put as turned back at POE while visa denial is your visa application being denied. Read the questions well, you'd pick the difference.

Hello, my people I am back again after a while. So I was in the Nov 11th IELTS test batch and I got LRWS 8, 7.5, 7, 7.5. Been away on training outside Lagos, so no time to check NL or follow up with this application thing.
I now want to enter the pool and I have decided to use my 1 year experience with one of the consumer finance companies in town that provides consumer credit to individuals, instead of the FT experience I was worrying over the last time. I will still have a CRS 435 with my 1 year experience.
So my issue is now deciding on which NOC is the best. My duties included analyzing and in turn approving/rejecting applications for soft loans among other accompanying duties. Although I was approving and rejecting, I was not a senior staff of the company. So my question is should I choose NOC 6235 which looks like a job for sales and marketing guys or 0122 which shows the duties of a credit person but which states that it is a managerial role.
Biko my people I want to enter the pool this week, help me. Thank you.

You may need all of them when searching for work so it's advisable to do all since it's the same price. However, if the instituations take time to send transcripts and verify, then you can go ahead and do the Msc alone to save time.

If u are in Ibadan,i can send u the details of the immigration man that helped with mine. 5days or less

You'd need a PCC if you have spent 6 months or more in the US (cumulatively), since the age of 18. If you've spent only 4 months, you shouldn't bother.

my case was kind of similar, my gcms said I was short of 1000 candols, but it was also stated that they are not sure because not all the statement of account I uploaded was clear as per the scanned documents so they sent me a mail to upload an updated pof that has a clear summary of all my balance from all sources, I also uploaded 6,643,000 for a family of 4, so I think you should be fine, but just so you can sleep well at night you could raise cse, if you did not get adr for it and add more to the pof if you can.

Thanks for your comment. We've chosen to leave it and then wait to see if we get ADR. They haven't said we are short and the statement was clear...So believing for the best.
