If by this time, 14days to Christmas, NYSC has not released POP time table, then I think you guys should just put your minds to January.

From inference of the orientation camp date for 2017 batch b stream 11 , we can see that 2016 batch b stream 11 POP will be on 22nd of dec. 3weeks terminal leave prior to jan 16 is approx Dec 22nd.

This your inference faulty, we enter camp Jan 24 not January 16, with three weeks terminal leave we suppose to leave 2nd January. However by the grace of God we are leaving this December.

Hmmm,22nd?well never say never but my LI and other NYSC officials that I met in camp yesterday clearly told me that if no date was fixed before 20th of this month then POP will be in January as they said NYSC will never take the risk of releasing us during the festive period as a lot will be travelling hence expose to road misfortunes like the careless drivings and armed robbers attack.

Finally this scheme is bleeped up and disorganized. Imagine 17B stream 2 camping date is out yet common pop date for 16B stream 2 is not out till now... I'm so irked and enraged by dis nonsense..
