It is important for us to be willing to receive criticsm and improve but it is equally as important for those who criticize us to be open minded and constructive in their criticism.

I understand that we have had major issues with age cheats over the years but things seem to have changed since 2013 and the NFF is doing a good job (imo) of ensuring we improve in the area of accountability- be it in taking responsibility for mistakes that happen or ensuring that participants of age group competitions are the right age. Personally I think we should give them credit for that; if we have to criticize let it be constructive.

To me these boys don't look over 13 but I guess people see things differently.

Like you said it's important for us to learn not to talk ourselves down. Foreign does not necessarily translate into better or more accountable.
