Nigeria should have abstained from voting, not because of their previous stand or religious sentiments but because common sence would have told them that playing the middle game ups your own role and the importance the two sides place you 5 Likes |

Mrnairalandd:A good relationship with USA alone is worth more than those 128 countries combined. The palestinians are not even different from libyans anyway. If they have a country today they will sell nigerians as slaves like libyans. They hate us like poo. Even if americans hate you they still accommodate you with human rights. The arabs? They kill and maim you. Look we have nothing to benefit from that useless vote. Should America stop buying our fuel again today you will be surprised at how quick recession will return. If they provide support for IPOB today...you will be surprised. You kill IPOB they shout genocide in that same UN and sanctions will be meted against us. They can frustrate buhari if they want....so stop this your bravado. 26 Likes |

1. Simply admit that NIGERIA under Buhari goofed this time. Yes we are a sovereign nation but no nation stands alone, you need allies and common sense says don't work against your ally. Do you know the contribution of USAID alone in combating infant and maternal mortality in Northern Nigeria alone? Who funds the USAID? what happens if such aid programmes are stopped? 2. Isreal is open to a two-state case but the Arabs are not. Isreal is open to the Arabs having a country of theirs so long as it demilitarized cos you cant give your adversary military 3. The Isreal- Palestine face off is nothing religious 4. The Arabs are not ready for peace. They still dream of and working towards the annihilation of Isreal. 5. The countries voting against every Trump move are just PC Police nothing more. 6. No resolution or political correctness can change anything . Jerusalem has always been Isreal's capital 10 Likes 1 Share |

helpee:If they start funding IPOB today then America and Israel hypocrisy would be crystal clear to the rest of the world. You support a separatist in a faraway country thousands of miles away but can't do same to the ones in your backyard. Besides many of the big countries that voted against the US have some form of separatist in their nations too, The world is watching. If they can aid Nigeria own, That means they can aid the ones in Tibet china, The ones in India, the ones in catalonia, the ones in Scotland, the ones in Morroco, the ones in basically every nations that voted against them. It would just end up being a proxy war between these nations and the US, And you know what? Nigeria always wins a proxy war. So my Friend relax, We are still on the winning sides. One Nation cannot hold the world to ransom any more. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Stupid reasons asserted by an ignorant bigot.... 1, The first useless reason that Nigeria being a secular country should ve abstained.. Is Nigeria more secular than the USA that took a position that is appallingly skewed religiously.. Is Nigeria more secular than the UK, France, Russia and the entire EU? Nigeria voted in condemnation of the USA in assertion of the position of international law which posit that Jerusalem is of an unresolved status and that no side, as of now, can lay claim complete ownership. That position of international law is for a reason.. Will get back to trounce the other useless points 9 Likes 1 Share |

Terminator1234g:You naive ignoramus. Your president derives his powers from washington. He went there recently begging for arms and money. In 2019, the presidential contestants including the incumbent will still go to America for validation. Who is deceiving who here? Voting for palestine will not make you less independent. That is just a shortsighted move to satisfy islamic desires while cutting yourselves from a true alliance from the world's only natural superpower. The greatest superpower in the history of the world. If you want to do away from american influence, then stop voting for moronns like buhari and take responsibility for your national devt. A beggar that can't even fund the consistent Hiv drugs for her citizens does not have the luxury of independence that France, UK and Germany has. Nikki Haley already said'' America will remember this day when the rest of the world come running to America for their support and influence like they always do'' 9 Likes |
