Speaking of Christmas parties, one was organized at my work place (BurgerKing). They called it a potluck which means everyone should bring a dish.. I had been contemplating giving them a taste of real nigerian food but I decided against it plus the expenses would be much. Date was fixed for the 20th, 5:00 pm. Venue was the store basement. Luckily, I was scheduled to work that day, so I came into the store and helped prep the venue. Crew members came with a wide range of food items, mach and cheese, hotdogs, rice, cakes and all what not. This was someone's attempt at making jollof rice 12 Likes 2 Shares

If I'm not mistaken I read on this thread about you not getting your visa at first interview..I am in this same category and I would like to communicate with you and love to learn from your experience. I was denied my F1 visa and I would like to study abroad..my priority is schooling. Thanks..I'll expect your mail. |

moststylish: I understand. Apart from all these crime in US, here I have seen how govt cares for huma lives. You want to cross a road here, the car will just allow you to go without you running accross the road. My friend was involved in a car accident, the other driver just rammed him from the passenger side even though he was unhurt after medical examination, he got 14k$ as compensation and I don't know how much his wife got plus insurance will still be responsible for the car repairs. Even without praying, things are in order and work out well. Now imagine with prayers and favours, i cant even imagine how much the blessing will be. God help Nigeria 16 Likes 2 Shares |
