Jose has definitely done better than LVG or DM.
Bailly and Pogba have been fantastic and Matic has done quite well.
His 2 mistakes in my opinion have been Zlatan and Mikki, but he can be forgiven for those 2.

The major problem is the way we play and I think 4-3-3 with Pogba and another box to box midfielder will improve things. We don’t need a 10 as most of the top teams are not using that anymore anyway.

Pogba needs to be allowed to play closer to the opponents final 3rd as an advanced playmaker and should roam as he sees fit! Shots, freekicks, passes, assists... basically turn him into a younger version of scholes and relive him of any deep lying or defensive play. Put 2 guys behind him for that thrash and allow him go and create havoc upfield!

E pain me die that Jose loaned that guy out. This was a young RB that needed minutes in some matches and more minutes in Caraboa Cup to learn his trade. Jose could've afforded him that time, but he loaned him out and now Valencia is injured, we're depending on a winger to play his position.

Mourinho should not repeat this madness next season. If Mou is not convinced of his talents, Mou should make sure he buys a suitable replacement for Valencia before loaning him out.
