So this alfalfa you guys need more info on, you most likely won’t find it as leaves. It would be in tea, tincture, capsule form. There are many brands of alfalfa supplements.

Fertility Benefits below :

The specific phytoestrogens contained in alfalfa are coumestans and isoflavones. This activity is helpful both when estrogen is high and when it is low.

Alfalfa has other uses, such as for poor digestion and for high cholesterol. On the down side, though, it can aggravate lupus, and it can lead to changes in blood cell counts when eaten in excess. Phytoestrogens have a useful role in menopausal symptoms or PMS. Alleviating hot flashes by balancing estrogen and reducing PMS symptoms (such as breast tenderness and bloating) can be accomplished by eating foods with phytoestrogens, like flax and alfalfa sprouts. I wouldn't recommend eating a lot because they can cause depletion of essential minerals like calcium and magnesium.

Due to its uses, i don’t think it’s advisable to take it throughout one’s cycle.

I believe before 3 months you will confirm BFP but follow my instructions n how to use it and also make sure you take folic acid with pronatal vitamin everyday. It works like magic.

Mama,have u considered hydrotubation for tubes n hysteroscopy to check the uterus n also corrective surgery in case.it gives a better view of the uterus.Just browse about it

its more of hsg + an investigative laproscopy. according to the doc. the will be pumping dye..with a camera inserted to see excatly how the tubes are, and if there is any blockage etc. they will also check the ovaries..and see koro koro what is going on...unlike a scan..where you cant see clearly.

hv done tubal flushing some time ago...the doc claimed the tubes opened..and i got preggy few months after - dont know if its a coincidence.
but out of the about 6 times i hv done hsg, 3 says blocked right tube, 2 inconclusive. only the flushing said both tubes patents.
also did hysteroscopy in 2015 - in my days of ignorance, we didnt request and collect the video, the doc then said everything is ok, just a few polyps

did an iui then, though he doesnt wash and sort,just injected the raw semen -- this is wrong, and we didnt know then. so you need to watch out for that. bromo 2,5mg is also his prescription of choice +clomid, hope he has evolved to other methods now.
all in all, its a decent place, and affordable. graceland is expensive.have you tried lily hospital?.hear good things about them. only problem i forsee is being an ivf center, like georges lagos, they may want to convince you to do ivf sharp sharp instead of being patient and trying to get to the root cause. the choice is yours though. cos after ttcing for many years, na ivf sure pass, no time to waste
