she is using savealife clinic in Ph and d amout depends becos they will do all investigation b4 d iui..But iui will work 4 u anyway if u use a good gyno,do proper investigation,work on urselves 4 3 months,make sure they wash ur troops b4 injecting then bfp soonest.cheers

As for me, i fast once to thrice a week(as the spirit leads).
But during fasting period in my church, what i do is to select some days off during the fasting (ovulation period, usually 3-5days) to BD. If you want to do this, always carry your DH along so that both of you will agree and be on thesame page. God will answer our prayers.

Yes, you can go ahead and fast, fasting is even good, it helps with detoxification, but don't do the dry one that you won't eat for 3, 5 or 10days...

Fast and break at your usual time, many people here and around the world have gotten pregnant while fasting. Most importantly, study and meditate on the word when fasting...

Come and join me sing hallelujah Jehovah has remembered me and my husband after five years of waiting. I was pregnant this year and lost the baby at 4 months that was last three months. I was sad and so depressed at d time of the miscarriage and was also in lots of pain but my husband keep telling me not to cry anymore that he believed Baba God in heaven will put a smile on our face before December ending. For those that are living in Lagos, I can help you with the alfalfa leaf with the help of my younger brother to deliver it to you. Forget the tab. Its very good to soak the leaf yourself. I believe before 3 months you will confirm BFP but follow my instructions n how to use it and also make sure you take folic acid with pronatal vitamin everyday. It works like magic.

I believe I am ovulating but this strange pain suddenly started. It's been on for about 4 hours and counting. I can't do anything cos of the pain.

Please just keep baby dancing. Also try to relax, your mental and emotional balance has a lot of roles to play in making babies. Please let go of every anxiety. severe abdominal pains can be symptoms of varieties of things. Kindly see a doctor who will give proper medical counsel and do that as fast as possible. Last time I felt like this, I was infected with PID. I'm glad I was in tune with my body and I didn't take chances. Once you see a doc, you will be asked to do some tests which will give adequate clarity on what's really going on there.... Ovulation pains are mild and not excruciating like youve described so I'd suggest you see your doc.

It's nice that you're proactive about your reproductive health. However, like mztubsy has said, try not to be anxious because anxiety has negative effects on your hormones.

What you can do is:

take care of your general health, ensure you and your partner are free of infection.

eat healthy- reduce carbs and replace with protein, eat more fruits and veggies especially in form of smoothies.

Take folic acid, you and your hubby

Download an ovulation app to help you predict your fertile window and ovulation. Follow the instructions and log in your history and data regularly.

Remember, don't stress, pray more, meditate on God's word, sing, smile and be happy and continue to be kind to everyone especially children.
